Hey Quinn, awesome video! I know you work really hard to balance grip, slip and power levels of your car, so they are fun to drive... As you push the wheels out with offset, do you think that the change in track to wheelbase ratio makes the cars a little less predictable? Given your driving style, I feel like you enjoy less 'square' setups?
Thank you Nav! There does come a point where wider and lower offset will start to effect the car's driving. Typically as long as you are not drastically changing the track it shouldn't be too bad. As far as square setups, it really depends on the car's suspension setup. Cars like Miata's, RX-7s, RX-8s, etc. I think work really well with square setups. I run a stagger on my AP1 S2000 as they were designed to run a narrower track in the rear. I'd be curious to see what a square setup would do to the balance of that car at the limit.
I just did the same thing on my FD a few days ago. Made me sick to my stomach when I got out and saw it....

I’ve always liked your videos brother. But man being honest, the constant joking around and silliness just seems forced on camera. Not natural sometime.
