They may have their own they plan to move and install. Everyone’s taste is different. I replaced all the light fixtures when I bought my house (with chandeliers 😉).

LOVE Vitré. Thank you. Perhaps the new owners will buy that blue chandelier given that they didn't want the one that was in the hallway. Perhaps they've removed the blue paint and have moved on to another colour in the hallway. Everyone has their own tastes. Love the hat stand and rugged as for the jacket..... DIVINE! (Alas it would never fit me either!) As for the van.... PLENTY of space! With a little determination, we both know how much can fit in. 😂😂😂

Great to see you both, I love the banter! Carrying out that rug reminds me when I bought a similar sized one in Harrods sale and we had to carry it through the chandelier department and onto the tube, we had parked at Chiswick!

Lovely to see you return even just for a little holiday until we see your next project :) always nice to visit friends and see other areas of France you didn't have time to see because you were working. Life after the chateau a little more relaxed with Carole and Adrian :) loved that carved foyer mirror set would be brilliant in a lovely old Victorian home. If you get the rug professionally cleaned would be lovely.

Love your new name for your blog and so nice to see you in France again and I loved the video Vitre looks like a place to visit. Never been to France, silly as when I loved in the Netherlands I was on the door step so to speak, had no car though and rail was pretty expensive. Live in the UK now who knows maybe one day.
