Such a huge downgrade from the NFS III. The map is just sooooo bland, so boring, 10/10 would not recommend. The car physics may be even worse than in NFS III. The AI is terrible, the spike strip locations are stupid, the cop cars are able to instantly accelerate and catch up. What a disaster.

Hot pursuit III and High stakes were my favorite on the ps1 next to Ridge racer 4. Shame Test drive 5 couldn't hold out

You can use an emulator on your PC with RetroArch, it's really easy to set up.

The cops at the first race were completely humiliated even with not that great driving. I can never pull that off they’re just on my ass always.
Cops are way more balanced on the PC version in my opinion.
