About Dead Cells Update 24
TLDR:
Balanced items so that historically weaker ones are now viable
Added rooms to Derelict Distillery and Fatal Falls biomes
Weapons that can reflect grenades now reflect all the grenades in range
Integrated Tiled for modders to make custom room design easier
Item balancing
The whole point of this update is to try and avoid a meta with only a small fraction of weapons being viable. We want you to be able to pick up whatever you find and be able to go nuts with it, not just instantly hit the recycle button - this is a roguelite after all goshdarnit!
So, in short we are mostly buffing all the weaker items (70 items are being buffed with 21 slightly nerfed).

I journal everyday to plan out what to do the next day. Really increases productivity. Worth trying!
on a restaurant side note, my kids getting food on the floor when eating is probably harder to clean then the handful of cigs people throw next to the "designated smoking areas". I even remember a study back in college on the mentality of putting "cigerate disposal areas" and how it at least helps centralize waste for those who are in the habit of stepping on cigs. I never smoked but i am sure there is a lot of different studies on why people form certain habits including littering

This build slaps but im in 1BC so the shield is not obtainable, should i go for the freeze one instead? the stun one?
An important detail about Cudgel is that HOTK, Scarecrow and a few monsters can't be stunned. Ice Shield freezes in an AoE around you. I like Ice shield better for more monsters but Cudgel is very good vs Conjunctivius 🤔
My best run was where I got a legendary lightning bolt with +100% dmg dealt & taken as well as +50% dmg at max hp. At the final boss it reached over 28000 dps
I’ve got a build idea:
Gold digger
Greed shield
Profit
DESTRUCTION
(Gold digger crits when you have 12k gold)
You can get rich fast, allowing for constant crits AND you could buy potion charges with little trouble
Genocide is recommended
You should do it with lightning rods they are really fun and quick

Sorry I am late here, but I would say it makes you a better streamer when you talk about the run. Then it is better to understand what you are doing. So for me you still are a better streamer. Please do not change about that and do not stop talking. 😉
On my 4th ever run from new (when that girl at the beginning died) I just stumble upon a god roll gold lighting bolt and I straight out beat 0BC without knowing anything about the game, everything melts within 2 seconds, the hand didn't even last more than 10 seconds, it was damn OP

if you make more death compilations, maybe it would do better if they were themed around whatever goal was in focus (such as a vid for no-hit lighthouse failures, or cursed sword run failures) that way the title is more relevant to youtube search stuff. "expired" runs will probably be fine to use as nobody is going to try to re-create your deaths. maybe a version number can be put in a corner of the older clips.

A cooler way I do is to put lightning bolt in backpack and use acrobatipack mutation.
Keep the lightning bolt in your backpack and use mutation Acrobatipack is much stronger :>
Do this with superconductor
Talking about the interactions and tech in the run is not the same as commentating.. talking about how something just did a cool thing is learning opportunities for viewers

Also, re writing on paper: I like the feeling of paper and remember lists better when I write them by hand, so I have a notebook where I right down plans, and we have a grocery list on the fridge.
Ice Shards and E Whip used to be so good. I haven't played in ages tho.
I think a lot of the usefulness of Ice Shards comes from dual binding. Not that Ice Shards is bad, but it's like B tier without dual bind and like S with it.

Without dual binding, I only find myself using Ice Shards with something that's a slow survival weapon with Kill Rhythm.
The combination of slow from IS and the speed increase with Kill Rhythm really helps out weapons like Broadsword that are just way too slow.
The other day I did a Tombstone/IS with Kill Rhythm, Frostbite and No Mercy. Once I got slow on death on Tombstone everything on screen died in 1 combo. Was legit af.

may be i am wrong, but i think lightening in the back pack would have been more godly
Sometimes lightning in the backpack will glitch and not turn off so you just die. I would avoid it until this is fixed.

I'm not trying to shame anyone, but why a complete Thunder build? I'm pretty sure you can only have one stack of lightning, so it makes absolutely no sense to go completely for lightning. You're just robbing yourself of other support support weapons/skills. You'd be better of rooting with Lightning Bolt, or finding a hokutos for E. Whip (although root for E. Whip and Hokutos for L.B. would both work). Plus, you can use things like flamethrower for more synergies. It's certainly an interesting build, and if you want to play it just to switch it up, then go for it, but it seems *very* redundant.
It's a viewer's build (a viewer payed for him to play with it). It doesn't need to make sense, it just needs to follow a theme if they want to.
