Spicy BBQ Chex Mix (Pellet Grill Method)

SMOKED BBQ CHEX MIX
Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter (melted)
¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Cup “The BBQ Rub”
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (for spicy)
Mix all spices.
In Large foil roasting pan add:
2 cups Rice Chex
2 cups Corn Chex
2 cups Crispix
2 cups White Cheddar Cheez-Its
2 cups Bugles
2 cup Pretzels
2 cups Nuts of Choice
Mix together.
Pour butter mixture over Chex Mix. Gently fold in.
Sprinkle seasoning over Chex Mix and fold in. Repeat until all seasoning is applied.
Smoke at 225 F. for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
(A regular oven may be used if you don't have a smoker. Same process. 🙂)
