    After your Chex mix has cooled, store in a zip lock bag. The mix tastes even better the next day!! I love the flavor the smoke adds to this tasty snack!
    Ingredients:
    2 C Corn Chex
    2 C Rice Chex
    2 C Wheat Chex
    2 C Pretzels
    1 C Mixed Nuts
    1/2 C Melted Butter
    1TBS Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Seasoned Salt
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    2 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce (or Tabasco)
    Smoke at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Doesnt appear to be any smoke coming out of the doors of the smoker when you open them??? Why is that???
