(that all started back in like 1987, when his nickname was dubbed to him) it bugs ME that ppl think his name is ACTUALLY "Pete Jones"... cuz that sh!t aint even close... Out of Disney movies, Zeke was from Sky High, Princess Protection Program and Prom! Charlie has been in Girl v. Monster, Mostly Ghostly, and Cloud 9. And then Virgil had a lot more films / shows like Cory in the House, Good Luck Charlie, Hatching Pete, Read it and Weep. And sadly, I knew this from the top of my head because I'm one of those Disney fanatic's, lol. Judge me, idc.

There's a moment in my life that always makes me remember this movie: in my freshman year of highschool I had a bully but didnt care much cause I'm not really a pushover but I was rather short so ergo bully. Anyway he wasnt too physical or anything but one day I pissed him off and he punched me in the face so I told my principal and the mf literally said "Maybe dont piss him off next time." I didnt really care much cause the punch didn't hurt that much and I've taken worse while snowboarding, but when I told my dad about it (who's a weightlifting trainer and a f***ing goliath btw) and he asked me "wait is the principal Mr. [Last Name]?" And I told him yeah and apparently he had the same kind of bs with him when he was a kid (the principal Was in his late 50s and was young when he started). So my mountain of a dad drove to the school and told me to wait in the car. About 30 minutes go by then my Dad comes back and I ask "well?" And my dad tells me "dont worry about it." I'm 20 now and to this day I still dont know what my dad did, but I DO know that the principal retired that week. As for the bully I just punched him back the next time he tried something and apparently I punch harder cause he stopped after that. Anyway yeah, this movie reminds of that 👍

Actually mechanical engineers and scientists working together is pretty common. The scientists know what needs to be built and to what specifications but don't know how to actually build it so they contract a mechanical engineer who may not know the science but can build something with the scientific specifications given to them. This movie actually got that pretty much right. Science geeks working with someone who has skills they don't to build something to the specifications they need. As long as the scientists can basically make a blueprint the mechanical person can build it.

this was one of my favorite movies as a kid. anytime i saw it on tv, id stop what i was doing to turn it on. it was ALWAYS in our dvr. one day my mom deleted it and i never saw it come up on the tv guide so i just never watched it again. man, this brought back soooo many memories!
