My understanding is that going to the city and creating a sub-division is not a simple process and can get rejected. It could take a year to get something re-zoned. It would be interesting to hear the process of sub-division.
Is she does the workshops in Toronto? I wish to learn from her.
If I bought a personal property in greece 🇬🇷 and 🇺🇸 USA. It's only for personal use and not for renting. Do I have to file taxes with these countries and canada 🇨🇦
