MKATE WA SEMBE ( Spiced corn meal flour bread) ENGLISH

2 cups Corn meal flour ( 250gm)
1 cup sugar (200gm)
1 ½ tbsp course pepper corns
1 tsp cardamom powder
¼ tsp ground nutmeg.
¼ tsp salt
4 cups water (946 ml)
2 cups coconut milk ( 473 ml)
Combine all the above ingredients except coconut milk. Stir and mix to make sure there are no lumps.
Caramelized Sugar 1/2 cup( gram 100)
