📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
200ml (0.85 cup) Water
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
300g (2 cups) Bread flour/Wheat flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (2 tbsp) Olive oil
Mold size (450g) : 20.8x11.8x11cm
170°C (340°F) bake for about 25-30 minutes

1. Olive oil can be replaced with other cooking oil
2. According to your own oven and mold to change the baking temperature and time.

As an ex baker I can say that folding and rolling the dough is effectively doing the same thing as kneading the dough

Don't forget to warm your water to the correct temperature and let your yeast activate and foam for at least 10 minutes or else you will be waiting about 6 or 7 hours for your dough to rise if it does at all. So many of these bread recipes fail to include this important step, I doubt many of the comments claiming they are great on them actually made the recipes for this reason lol.
I tried it just exactly this way and it came out fluffy and super nice 👍 . How I wish I can share video review. 🎉

@@ferd1987able rice water or even ice is good when you knead for a long time by hand or by machine.. since the dough will gradually warm up to the best desired temp to rise (which is about 26-28 C). If u knead for a long time and not use ice water.. the gluten will break. With this method of almost no kneading.. you should use water close to that temp.. or else it will be too cold for the yeast to work. I just made one yesterday. Even I used machine but the water was too cold.. so it took me 6 hours to get the full rising loaf. I guess the person in the video used room temp water. With this method the water can be warmer than 28 since there is almost no kneading.
If I'm not wrong.. With "instant yeast" we dont need to do that

I came into this recipe because we dont have any eggs left in the pantry but I am truly craving for some warm homemade bread. I made it based on the instructions and took a commenter's advise to use warm water in the first. It was a huge success. Thank you! 5:50 ❤
We did this bread today and it was delicious. We made 9 mini rolls. We added sugar & cinnamon to the dough right before rolling it. We will keep this recipe in our kitchen!

@@ArashalBaesar This calls for a high gluten (protein) flour; at least 12%.
@@ArashalBaesar I used good ole' fashioned all purpose flour and it worked out just fine. SUPER super soft, which was what I was looking for. I did let it rise longer between proofs though. I wasn't happy till it filled my pullman loaf pan (like the one in the video) all the way to the top. IDK if you can over proof like you can sourdough, but an extra half hour didn't hurt anything. Also depends on how warm your kitchen is, I let mine rest in the oven with the light on.
My family loves it right out of the oven. Crunchy crust outside, and soft and fluffy inside. My son actually said its the best bread he ever had. Eating it with some cheese. Thank you for the recipe! 😊

I'm posting from Oregon, USA, about an hour from the Pacific Ocean and can testify that your recipe here turns out fabulous bread. First time we baked it, I accidentally added 1 tsp salt instead of 1/2 tsp (6 grams vs 3 grams) and it was still really good, just didn't rise as high as it should have. Second and all ensuing trials have been just like your video. Thank you again and blessed be!
I've made this several times. My husband can't get enough of this bread especially when it comes right out of the oven. He always remembers his Mom baking homemade Breads and I love doing this for him. I love it too and we put butter on it while it's nice and warm and it melts in your mouth.
Nothing better than seeing your partner happy and enjoying food with him ^^

I made some changes to the recipe and it turned out great!
200ml water >>> 200ml milk
20g olive oil >>> 20g softened unsalted butter
I hand kneaded the softened butter into the dough (kneaded about 5mins) and did the slap and fold method until the dough was smooth
Instead of dividing the dough into 3 loaves, i divided it into 9 smaller ones (~60.5g each) and turned them into dinner rolls! I rounded each ball of dough and placed them in a 23cm x 23cm pan! (i lined the pan with baking paper)
I also brushed the rolls with milk before popping them into the oven & brushed them with melted unsalted butter as soon as they are out of the oven!
*bake in a preheated oven (170°C) for 20mins
I'VE MADE BREAD A FEW TIMES WITH DIFFERENT RECIPES AND I FIND THIS IS MY FAVORITE! YUMMY. THANK YOU💖😋👍

I've made this and it's my go to quick Bread 🍞 mixture and I love how the spatula was used and not the hands to combine the ingredients and mix it into a dough. Ive done this so many times I began giving away and now selling Bread. I have even folded it with just butter or butter parsley and garlic. It always came out great. I will do this recipe again and again.

This is really good and fluffy, almost like a milk bread. It would be just perfect for rolls too. What I love most about it though is that even with no kneading it came together really fast and easy! Much faster to mix than any other bread recipe. Although, I think it needs a tiny bit more salt, like 3/4 teaspoon instead of 1/2 tsp. I'm going to try to make it with garlic butter next. Definitely a keeper!

все класс... только вот специальной хлебной муки у нас я не видела... Крайне редко можно найти муку с повышенным содержанием клейковины - вот и весь наш выбор А чаще всего просто пшеничная высшего сорта с белком около 10!!! Из такой муки такой хлеб получится?

@@chrisd8795 Watch with your eyes it is 3 sections.
So i have some feedbacks. I used AP flour but it turned out the dough was too sticky and flat, so i think it should be added 20-30g flour if using AP (cuz bread flour has high protein so it wont come out sticky like AP). And i also used airfryer for this, set 160°C and 25 minutes. I used a mold which has lid, so the baked loaf surface is golden brown. It didnt sticky when i folded the dough exactly like in the video, but after let it rise for 1 hour it came out sticky, i almost couldnt shape the dough lol. Finally, let it cool completely before slicing or else it will look kinda raw lol
Don't use the airfrier for baking bread. Buy an oven with higher temperatures. I tried too and i failed. The temperature is not as high as you think.
