Sorry for the break in videos here, but I hit a brick wall in how to secure the battery and I lost confidence. Took me a while to think of how to solve the problem and I finally came up with an idea. Hopefully you'l find tis useful and we can now get on with building this model.

i'm doing my own conversion and I often do the same thing...stop cold while I puzzle something out. Usually a problem I hadn't foreseen, which leads to more navel-gazing. It's an important part of the hobby! It is what makes us the calm, thoughtful, mature pilots we are! 😂😂

Very nice solution. On the TBF I did the battery hatch out of the cowling plastic as you mentioned. These small models really have their own set of challenges. Looking forward to more progress!
