- Hello to my new subscribers, thank you for joining the channel, and as always, even more thanks to those of you that have been with me a while. We're over 950 now and getting closer to that mystical 1000!
Today's video see me build the 4 wings of the DR1 if you include the undercarriage wing and I also make a disappointing discovery that I've not had before.
Also, regards the micro servo, the Hobby King 5320, do any of you know if it can be used with the UMX receivers as long as I change the plug? Grateful for any thoughts.

Interesting mistake with the missing sheet. I do find that Guillows plans are not designed to be reused. Most pieces are somehow on it, but not all.
Nice point using the pins to get all ribs lined up. I think I will copy that idea sometime.

Had Guillows kits with half laser and half stamped sheets in same box when they where reworking the tooling. Have been building them for years and love Guillows.
I'm sure it's a rarity, will just have to improve my cutting. :-)

Nice work on the wings. Odd, I’ve not had missing sheets from Guillow’s before either. They do sell replacement sheets on their website- might be worth emailing them to see if they are willing to send since they were missing
I have emailed them, but as I have no receipt and live in the UK, I'm doubtful they'll send me a $5 sheet. Will just have to cut the formers out or I may be waiting awhile. It would be good if there was a UK dealer that could help.
Will you be making a custom propeller?
Hi and thanks for the interest. No, I’ll not be making a prop based on my previous experiences of heavy landings etc, it’ll be a plastic one, though perhaps I could consider painting it? 🤔
