Ladies..im so confused. You all look amazing. But these SONO BELLO results have me really confused. I am in Hampton Roads VA and I have not seen 1 person with any of these results. I mean not 1 person. I have only seen horror stories here about SB...

How many days did you have to be out of work if any?
AbEX patients take about 5 days off of work, of course if you work from home and sit at a desk, that can be even shorter.

@@Loren11631 Surgery doesn't fix the underlying causes (caloric surplus). The weight and fat will return unless you change your lifestyle. Also, it doesn't add muscle mass, so you'll just end up looking smaller, but not fit.
@privateassman8839 exactly, I'm a witness to the exact results you've mentioned. And I paid a great chunk of money just to get the fat back within 2 months post op. That doesn't include a setback due to my surgery. I high recommend you just change lifestyle habits to get what you want in weight loss or go and do a traditional tummy tuck where the surgeon can tighten you ab muscles.
@@jesusbride3080 I'm sorry to here that. SonoBello gets away with their claims because they're technically correct. You do lose the fat permanently, you just end up growing new fat in the exact same spot to replace the "permanently removed" fat.
There has to be a healthy lifestyle change so you don't put the fat back on.. people get these procedures because everything else has failed.
I am a man 5 ft 8 in tall and weighed 285 lb at one point... Through my own diet and exercise I'm down to 215 lb but lo and behold the belly and the handles just would not go away.
So I think this is where the abex comes into play.
