8 day post op and I am feeling good. Went for first appt since surgery (Dallas) . Looking good. Had to have fluid drained from ab area...no big deal did right in the office. Small needle and syringe to remove no pain. Ordered another compression garment. Moving around. Have been driving, working, will start light exercise regime at 14 days. Everyone is different. I am so far satisfied with my results. I understand there will be swelling in the areas I had treated and it takes time to heal. My body is lookin good for 7 days in. They did not give me a wrap but gave me 2 fajas. Will start doing my own lymphatic massages today. 5'9 before surgery 220 one week in 216. Dr advised will go down more after fluid retention and swelling goes down. Started wearing my ab board 4 days after surgery, and will be wearing my waist trainer starting today (day 8). I am just sore but it is tolerable without pain medication. Quit taking the pain meds day 3 and used aleve for one day but quit that as well. Everyone is different. Thanks for sharing your journey.

aw. you're right. she look really nice in the video, after her sono was done. your aunt did it at late 60s? nice, i love hearing that. i know 1 person who did sono bello for back rolls(she hated em)and her belly, and she is happy, middle age. nearing forty, the other late thirties " 37 years old, she is bout to get the belly, and chin area." yep. i support it. after i lost 87 almost 100 pounds few yrs ago, still had LOOSE skin, so i got Tummy Tuck too. I am soooooooooooooo glad you posted this about your Auntie. Im 64 and my procedure is scheduled for 6/1 and I was scared to death. Its strange they didnt understand I was not doing for cosmetic looks im doing to be more active and get back to my old self.
I am 63 and did TriSculpt/AbEx. I agree, wish I did this YEARS ago. Slow painful healing, but see a HUGE difference in week 3. Went from a 2XL down to a L Faja in a short 3 weeks. I’ve lost 20 pounds of fat already. From 227 to 207 at my post op weigh-in. Being patient during the healing process.

I’ll be 3 weeks post op tomorrow. I wore an xl post op and now down to a medium. I’ve been getting lymphatic drainage massages. I was so swollen post op week 1, I was like a box, I couldn’t move. I started working out after a week and half. I’m only doing light exercises since I’m not comfortable to do anything else. I’m only comfortable wearing joggers.

I had my lipo 360 , at Sono Bello in CA I’m 20days post but haven’t hand any drainage after my 9th day. Is this something I should be working on helping my body do still?
Also in regards to the compression garment; I was given a 2nd one by Sono Bello on day 7 less time than when you switched sizes. I’m concerned about the fit and the compression an boars I have not doing the job due to wrong size garment.
What brand have u tried at this point you recommended and FO I NOT recommend for these items 5-6 weeks post liposuction 360?
Also how well do you feel the want massager worked on the lumps & bumps because I’m also getting them but now they don’t smooth complete out after I massage

If you want to do at-home massage then yes you'll have to buy a tool (they can be really heap on amazon!) or you can come in for Venus Legacy treatments and not worry so much about at-home treatment :)

How was the surgery? Did numbing wear off during surgery? How was pain level
Most of our patients say that the pain feels more like pressure and it's better than your average period cramp
Everyone is different, I had my upper & lower abs done 3 weeks ago. About 30 minutes after leaving I ended up in ER for post op pain, crying. I ended up getting a Dilaudid shot & went home and crashed. After the first 24 hrs. I was great.
3 days post op. The surgery was the worst part for me. I was awake and felt like I felt everything until I passed out
I was completely out of it with the premeds they gave me. I barely remember that day lol. I only took Percocet for the first night and once the next morning. After that just Ibuprofen and Tylenol (together). I'm about 3 weeks out. Still have some numbness and general soreness but the massages do help. I'm getting professional lymphatic massages and also doing my own. I use Bio oil and the Arnica cream they gave me.
Good information but, I could barely hear you even after I raised my volume.
The total cost for your procedure?
It depends on your BMI. The higher your BMI, and number of sections treated, the more expensive. I'm 4'10 and was 156, BMI 31, got my upper, lowers abs and waist treated. Approx 7k.

im 63 and i had my work done last month...2 sessions 2 weeks apart...i had stomach, inner and outer thighs and hips done...not going to lie, the first week after each was painful but manageable. stomach still feels like its kind of numb but getting more feeling back each day...i think the worst was the inner thigh - think its a very sensitive area. I am liking results and seriously feel like i wish i did this a long time ago..been carrying big lower stomach flap since my daughter born 30 years ago =0 I am considering going back this fall to get bra line and maybe upper arms done just so i am more in proportion...but i want to see how this all looks in 6 months. i recommend planning on more time than recommended for recovery - it was cold out and i could stay at home for the month and just wear sweats so i was grateful for that. I hope this helps - and yes, 63 years YOUNG!
I have a question, I’m seven days post op and I feel like I’m seeing more swelling than I did initially after the procedure. Did you experience this?
That does happen - usually because your body is finally beginning to heal and go back to a new "normal" HOWEVER - if you feel like it's a concerning amount of swelling, please call your center :)
@@SonoBello that happened to me and I called my center the Woburn office. Almost 2 weeks later no one called me back.

We charge based on your BMI and the areas you want done, it's pretty standard across the board and our price is comparable to any U.S. plastic surgeon standard.
I just had mine done in Charlotte NC. It was not nearly that much. $6000 approx just for Trisculpt
