I just had my surgery 4 days ago - I am so ,so happy - I had liposuction and ab ex - - I am still walking over a little hunched over cause skin is tight .

Congratulations!!! Try to straighten out as much as possible without feeling like you're going to cause damage to you incision. If you aren't able to stand straight, call your center and ask for some tips!
I think I speak for the people when I say, I want someone to tell me what a tummy tuck alternative is, and if it's cheaper or more expensive than a reg tummy tuck.

U look excellent. Do a video on the recovery because I want it done but I don't have any help for after the surgery
We'll add that to the list! Patients need someone with them for the first 24 hours but after that can recover alone

How long did you wear your compression garment?
A compression garment is worn for the first 3 days, 24 hours a day, and the following 7 days for 12 hours a night, and normal basic daily activity can be resumed immediately.

The nurse is so nice, and attentive, in your video, you are very lucky. However, I went to a consultation in Beverly Hills, and the lady was very rude, passive agressive and pretentious!! She was a twenty year old that looked like she was a size 5, and she made me feel like sh*t!! I am 56, and I was so shocked by the way that I was treated!! That was about 3 years ago, before the pandemic. I am going to give Sono Bello another try, hopefully I don't run into that unprofessional and non commiserating woman again!🤬
