- I finally resurrected my Nanoleaf lights! I've been thinking about doing this project FOREVER. Over the holiday break I finally got around to knuckling down and creating the crazy custom setup for the light panels. It was actually pretty easy to do, honestly the hardest part was sticking through soldering the connectors and struggling to get the darn device to update the firmware. Hope you guys like it! I know there's a few people who have asked around on the great interwebs if there's a way to connect these panels with spaces between them... and the answer is yes, there sure is!

This is a very awesome setup and hack! Im going to go ahead and try to get into soldering just because of your video! Thanks!
I’ve been thinking of doing the same thing! It’s a damn shame that Nanoleaf didn’t think of something like this.
9:23 IT'S ALIIIIIIVEEEE! I had exactly the same idea. I have all the panels I need, imma do something artistic with them.
Great DIY!! And it looks soooo awesome!!! Seriously I can’t live without my google home🤣🤣🤣
Hey i give you a hint. get the razer chroma and you can connect the Nanoleafs to your computer and set you r effects
Haha that's a great idea, I actually have razer stuff so might look into that for the next build.
nice work! keep attention to the aspiration fan for the soldering smoke, I think it was in the opposite direction, it was blowing at your smokes!
