They make hard candies and lollipops specifically to relieve nausea. They have helped me when I am out and get a sudden feeling of throwing up. Also ginger is very good for the stomach, ginger tea/candy!
I’ve had the same thing happen to me too and they make me feel like I’m crazy! But it could be a GI problem. Try to go to a specialist, that’s what I’ve been told to do but I’ve been avoiding it 😅

For me getting tattoos was a another way for me to relieve stress without hurting myself again. The morning nausea is anxiety hun 💔 I’ve had that since I was a kid and we could never figure out what it was. Try deep conscious breaths while sitting up in bed before you start your day and hopefully if it helps!
i had the same issue feeling sick in the mornings and stuff and i also had a lot of doctors say it was nothings.. turns out i have horrible acid reflux and i just take Pepcid or Zantac and i've had to change my diet a little, specifically dinner, because if you eat anything too greasy or spicy at night it makes the acid worse which makes you sick in the morning so maybe try looking into that and changing your dinner and see how that affects you.

possible things I've dealt with that are similar: GERD can make you VERY nauseous in the morning. Try not eating right before bed and try laying sitting angled up a bit at night. Like prop up on ur pillows The second thing I've gone through that caused this was CHS. I cannot stress this enough, if you smoke pot on any kind of regular basis, detox for a month or 2 Or shoot at least a few days and see if your symptoms go away. Look up CHS. it's basically cyclic vomiting due to build up of THC in your body. Trust me you DO NOT want to get to the stage I was at to where I finally "woke up" and detoxed. I was vomiting all day, everything made me sick. Looking at my phone made me sick, eating made me puke, smoking made me puke... Drinking water made me puke... I had intense withdrawal type body aches and chills... The only cure is to detox. Something that does help and just about the only thing, warm shower or warm bath. Cool rag on your neck when you're puking is nice too... I was sick for over a month but finally got better. Again, I repeat, if you smoke pot please take CHS seriously. I went to the ER 7 times in one month because I could not keep fluid down and I had to get IV after IV... Finally I detoxed enough to do a liquid diet .. I now have a really bad vomit phobia... Pot can cause some really bad tummy issues too so just make sure y'all are getting probiotics, taking vitamins etc and that every now and then you take a detox week to let your body rest. Not accusing anyone here just trying to help. It took a lot of research on my end to finally accept that what I had was real and pot was messing me up real bad. It sucked.

Your nausea + shaking when it’s not even cold is anxiety. Definitely let your therapist know about that if you haven’t already. I was diagnosed with anxiety and it was the cause of my depression and other symptoms as well. 💗
