It does look a little reckless. I'm happy for her if she's thriving and doing well, but I don't want her to look back and regret some of these things because she did this out of negative well-being.
Honestly I’m not too sure how Vereena is doing mentally as far as I can see she seems happy and healthy but that might me on the surface. However, what I can say is that she loves and is very fascinated by tattoos (she’s even given herself tattoos on her own and jokes of becoming a tattoo artist) and hasn’t yet regretted one, same for her piercings, and she dyes her hair almost every couple weeks so this is pretty normal for her. As a consistent fan/viewer of her Vereena seems pretty normal and like she’s just out living her life like an absolute boss who just keeps getting hotterrr

Have you tried co sleeping? I only get 5 hours naturally so I take a 3 hour nap at the same time every day since I don’t have a normal job either. And it’s a thing they teach in the military honestly but I started doing it on my own and then I learned it’s called “co sleep” from tiktok. Where you get more hours of sleep my splitting up your day in 2. Cause I’ll wake up at 5 am and start my day then go nap at 1pm-5pm and then party all night or whatever
Hi that’s not super healthy, you don’t get “deep” sleep aka REM sleep when you nap. That’s why sleeping for a long period of time is beneficial and sleeping in periods isnt. I’m glad that works for you, but be sure to get REM sleep! Al well

Have you tried co sleeping? I only get 5 hours naturally so I take a 3 hour nap at the same time every day since I don’t have a normal job either. And it’s a thing they teach in the military honestly but I started doing it on my own and then I learned it’s called “co sleep” from tiktok. Where you get more hours of sleep my splitting up your day in 2. Cause I’ll wake up at 5 am and start my day then go nap at 1pm-5pm and then party all night or whatever

Hi that’s not super healthy, you don’t get “deep” sleep aka REM sleep when you nap. That’s why sleeping for a long period of time is beneficial and sleeping in periods isnt. I’m glad that works for you, but be sure to get REM sleep! Al well
