Yeah I feel for Bobby in this Episode because we've all Been There. Its Difficult not to get Hooked on the Person who Gives you That first Taste of Intimate Attention.
Peggy's Ego Overpowered Her Motherly Instincts and She just had to twist the Knife because Bobby Challenged Her.
This is a Great Episode.
True fact: boomhaurs accent is based on a real man from Georgia who called the station one of the creators of king of the hill , mike judge, worked at to complain about his other show ( beavis and butthead)
And Hank's voice was actually "recycled" from a character from Beavis & butthead Mr. Anderson. Mike said it was based on his experience growing up in New Mexico where every "authority figure" seemed to have a Texas accent.
The lesson is don’t assume you’re in a relationship because you hang out with girl.
Having that talk will save you a lot of embarrassment later.

the 72 ounce steak challenge is real; they also give you a potato, a salad, a shrimp cocktail and a roll. You have to eat ALL OF IT in under an hour in order to get it for free (they make you pay up front & reimburse you if you beat the time).
A lot of restaurants do something like that, a ridiculous amount of food within a time limit for a free meal and a pic on the wall of fame and/or a t-shirt. One local place where I grew up had a 6 pound burger with 6 strips of bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles and pretty much every topping you could think of, plus 1 lb. of fries, 1 cup of water and an hour time limit, win, it's free plus a growing cash jackpot that went up every day until someone won it. Lose and you have to pay for it. I don't think anyone ever did win it before they closed down.

I feel Bobby in this one, it wasn't to long ago i was in pretty much the same situation. I have never had any kind of relationship with a girl but after 20 years I met a girl and i fell in love with her at first sight, but she didn't love me back. Long story short, i started leading myself on thinking i was gonna have a chance, but then i took things to far and it all got weird. There was a point where i was drinking entire handles of liquor a night crying for hours. Im better now but i never got the same kind of redemption bobby did, and tbh i dont want it, because even though it was a very painful, and regretful part of my life, i was able to realize just how depressed and mentally wrecked i really was, and thats priceless, so i thank her and hope she finds a life that suits her well, she deserves it.
Haven't watched yet but this is another of my faves.
