This was more than likey done at the second showing they did which was when they were most likely to improvise and go off script, back in those days I’m surprised you were in the audience for this display! Lolol😅😅
The greatest thing about the Carol Burnett show was that they were fans of each other. They were always trying to top each other. It was LIVE. Can' t do that today. History was made and forgotten.
Even decades later, watching Carol Burnett still make me laugh until I am making no sound and tears run down my face! Just like when I was a kid watching them for the first time.
I remember seeing this clip on a CBS prime time special in the mid-90's. Some moment after where the clip ends here, Carol said to the audience that she tried for years to make Tim laugh. Then apparently for the benefit of the people seated way in the back of the audience, she admitted "In case you're wondering, they're not mine."
Classic Carol... The sense of fun.. this never aired...it was to get Conway.. when have you heard an audience like that in a TV show...it's mostly canned laughter now ...
That's hilarious!, don't think I ever saw that skit and I watched carol Barnett when it was on back then. It's great when they got a chance to catch Tim off guard and make him laugh as he'd do it to them a lot.
I remember my father showing me this show when I was very little. At first I didn't get the jokes but now that I'm older, I think they're hilarious! :D
Simply one of the funniest skits ever. Serves Tim right because he is always get the rest of the cast with his pranks. You can tell he did not expect it. Hilarious.
Just love how Tim tried to keep composed but could only contain himself for a few seconds. Of course those were falsies, especially at that time. Good to see the tables turned as Conway was known for trying-often successfully-to crack up his fellow actors.
That is so awesome that you got to experience Carol in her hay-day! I'm 15 now, and I'm lucky enough to get to see her when she visits Ft. Worth in January! Sooo excited! :)
I can't think of any way in heaven or on earth I could have ever kept a straight face for as long as Tim Conway did after she flashed him...she got him good!
I'm only 14 and I've even got my younger cousins to watch with me so they aren't watching a bunch of dirty shows either. Some people don't realize how good these shows really are.
Please note that they rarely cut and redid things. However, *this* outtake did NOT make it into the telecast that night. They redid it without the prosthetic breasts being shown. It was *still* hilarious. Tim Conway only rarely broke character. Usually, it was he who derailed sketches and destroyed everyone else. This was one of Carol's only times to just slay him like that. She was quite proud of that moment.
Omg!I was in the studio audience when she did this prank! I was about 15 and it was me and my Best friend's dream to get tickets to her show, and then we where totally shocked by this, lol! It was never shown on TV , of course, but was very racy for those days. I'm so glad I found a recording of it. I'm going to forward the link to my friend. We both will never forget that.THANK YOU so much for posting this EarlSinclair!!!!!!
I love the little noise she made when she opened her robe! Wah! And Tim's expression= hilarious! I miss the old days. (Well, I wasn't really around for the old days...but they sounded cool...)
I think taht it is a good thing that Carol showed the audience what Tim Conway was laughing at instead of having the audience actually think he was laughing at her actual appearence.
She got the best out of peppy Tim instead of peppy Tom. Carol Burnett got back at Tim Conway for all of those hilarious harassment on poor Harvey Korman. I don't know if you know that poor Tim Conway has dementia really bad? My heart and my prayers go out to Tim Conway. It breaks my heart, he is one in a million. He is my favorite comedian icon. As a little kid back then my parents and I love to watch the Carol Burnett TV show just to see Tim Conway do his work on Harvey Korman.
May GOD rest Harvey Korman...He was a gem to the Carol Burnett Show...That team with Carol, Vicky, Tim, and Harvey will SURELY be missed...It was the greastest show on Earth!
This was NOT seen on the original show. It is an outtake. They taped two shows on Friday night. At the first taping they did everything as it was scripted. During the second taping, they had more fun with the script. The best of both tapings were included in the final edit of the show.
@ramjet5 You are SO RIGHT!! I just said the same thing a few min. ago when I emailed a video to a few friends of mine! I said "Why isn't there funny shows any more like back then?!!!"
I feel bad for all the kids growing up today. What wiil they have to look back on 30 to 40 years from now... Nothing... While the free TV we watched back in those days offered us great comedy.
The only "new" show I grew up with was Reba all the rest were I Love Lucy, MASH, Bewitched, That Girl, Mary Tyler Moore, and so on. So I kinda had the best childhood because the shows I watched weren't trashy like all the ones people my age watch
I was in the audience for this show when I was a kid. Awesome!!!!
What was it like

Tim makes somebody crack up: Hysterical
Somebody makes Tim crack up: Priceless!
For Mr. Conway, his eternal target is always Harvey. Everyone else is fair game to outwit Tim.
Being on that show must’ve been the best job in the world!
😂😂😂
That has to be my favorite blooper because she finally got Tim back.
Loved the shocked "screaming" reaction from the audience.
Even decades later, watching Carol Burnett still make me laugh until I am making no sound and tears run down my face! Just like when I was a kid watching them for the first time.
This was her way of getting back at Tim for all those times he made Harvey Korman laugh out of character.
+veesmom321 i was thinking same thing Karma at its best
Carol could seem so "wholesome", but then she'd go and do something completely off-the-wall and bawdy like this! I LOVE HER!!! :D
Comedy at its best. The elephant skit is another good one. 😂
And so is the Mrs Wiggins interview out takes.
"F'norf"

I like Tim's look on his face after Carol opens her robe. He tried to keep it straight but NOPE! :) Classic!
Thumbs up 4 this kind of Tv Carol and company is still the best
Remember watching ever Saturday night. Thank You! For giving us laughter.
I can't get enough of these guys
Oh my god I love Carol with all my heart, this is sooooo funny!!!!!
I'd love to see a television series having the balls doing this today.
Hilarious, one of the funniest shows of its time, and it still holds up today
Carol is the best! The best variety show ever. How could you not laugh? Thanks for posting.
The only thing better than seeing Conway make someone crack up is when someone does it to him.
Brilliant thanks Carol and co.
OMG for a split second I thought they were real XD This was great. Must've been so much fun working on this show.
Classic Carol... The sense of fun.. this never aired...it was to get Conway.. when have you heard an audience like that in a TV show...it's mostly canned laughter now ...
I love how the audience screams when Carol turns around. :D
I never knew Carol could be so daring!!
Damn, for just a second, I thought...."Wait, Carol Burnett didn't have cans like THOSE, did she?"
I love it how Tim can always have a straight face most of the time, but this one makes him crack up!
best comedy show nothing today compares
That's hilarious!, don't think I ever saw that skit and I watched carol Barnett when it was on back then. It's great when they got a chance to catch Tim off guard and make him laugh as he'd do it to them a lot.
krazy4baja I'm pretty sure they cut this scene from the broadcast.
I remember my father showing me this show when I was very little. At first I didn't get the jokes but now that I'm older, I think they're hilarious! :D
Carol is... and always will be, one of the funniest actresses I have ever watched in my entire life. :)
Simply one of the funniest skits ever. Serves Tim right because he is always get the rest of the cast with his pranks. You can tell he did not expect it. Hilarious.
THIS is one of the funniest things I have seen in a very long time. My sides are hurting..lol!
Just love how Tim tried to keep composed but could only contain himself for a few seconds. Of course those were falsies, especially at that time. Good to see the tables turned as Conway was known for trying-often successfully-to crack up his fellow actors.

DUDE I've been looking for this clip for forever!
I'm only 14 and I've even got my younger cousins to watch with me so they aren't watching a bunch of dirty shows either. Some people don't realize how good these shows really are.
Jajajaja this was awesome lololololol
Great job for a great show clip!!! Thanx for sharing!!!!!!
Awesome totally awesome.👍😁😎

Omg brilliant 😅😂😂😂😂 I love it when Tim cracks up
they almost look freakin Real
She also had a dress with a pretty realistic-looking flesh-colored belly panel. She'd don that number occasionally for skits spoofing Cher or Charo.
I would like to thank TvTropes for linking me to this hilarious clip.

Ditto :) Thanks for posting. Needed the laughs XD
THATS the good life, getting paid to laugh hysterically with some really fun and funny people. I so envy everyone who worked on this show...
One of the best shows ever to be on t.v.!
I haven't laughed so hard in a long time...three cheers.
first time i saw Carol flash, Yikes, she really flashed!!!! Those are sure a pair of "knockers"!
Carole Burnett was such a funny comedian,I wish I could see all her shows again.
Fran Thomsen you can buy the whole series. I just did on amazon.
Nicholas Yiatrusis - Tim Conway is still alive. He posts on Facebook regularly.
I love the little noise she made when she opened her robe! Wah! And Tim's expression= hilarious! I miss the old days. (Well, I wasn't really around for the old days...but they sounded cool...)
Lindsay Hires I was around in the old days of carol and treasure all of it!
In the shadows, I thought, "She really did it!" But in the spotlight, you see the rubber neckline. LOL Hilarious!!!!
@MiaErhardt Bob Mackie was a sartorial sorcerer, after all.
OMG! I almost fell out of my chair. LOL!
I'm cross eyed now. what a hoot!!!
Tim is so serious, WAY TO GO CAROL!!!!!!
One of the few times Carol got even with Tim, who was the usual prankster.
I swear they TRY to crack each other up, must be like a competition i bet!
I love Burnett!
LOL thru tears!!! Too funny!
TOO FUNNY. I MISS THIS SHOW.
really pretty and honest
You were there in the audience when Carol did this prank to Tim Conway, I bet the whole audience went crazy.
I think taht it is a good thing that Carol showed the audience what Tim Conway was laughing at instead of having the audience actually think he was laughing at her actual appearence.
OMG I can't stop laughing!

yes i heard he has demtentia too. so sad. he was so very talented. and harvey passed in 2008 i believe. no body can top those two!
May GOD rest Harvey Korman...He was a gem to the Carol Burnett Show...That team with Carol, Vicky, Tim, and Harvey will SURELY be missed...It was the greastest show on Earth!
AWESOME!!! xD
This WAS comedy, some of today's comedy is good but! The Carol Burnett Show is GOLDEN
Carol gets her revenge!!!! :-)
Note: Since I don't watch TV or listen to radio anymore. Trash on the radio too. Internet, the best today.
Good point.
She got him good
And for once, she didn't need to bring up the Elephant skit.
They had an early show (clean), and a night show - where anything went! All of them went over the "limits" for the time.
This was NOT seen on the original show. It is an outtake. They taped two shows on Friday night. At the first taping they did everything as it was scripted. During the second taping, they had more fun with the script. The best of both tapings were included in the final edit of the show.
LOL! Carol got some revenge!
Nope! ^^
It's a costume! Look closer at her chest area and you'll know what I'm talking about.
Yeah, and Tim Conway got her in the skit when she was giving him a bath and sang "You Light Up My Life" and she dropped the sponge.
Suddenly I'm picturing Julie Andrews in THAT scene from "S.O.B.". Wonder why?
definitely Tim
LOL...They were fake, but looked so real.....Awesome comedy!
carol got tim
You know, you forget how racy they could be. What a delight. :)
omg! lol
@ramjet5 You are SO RIGHT!! I just said the same thing a few min. ago when I emailed a video to a few friends of mine! I said "Why isn't there funny shows any more like back then?!!!"
R.I.P MR KORMAN
I feel bad for all the kids growing up today. What wiil they have to look back on 30 to 40 years from now... Nothing... While the free TV we watched back in those days offered us great comedy.

The only "new" show I grew up with was Reba all the rest were I Love Lucy, MASH, Bewitched, That Girl, Mary Tyler Moore, and so on. So I kinda had the best childhood because the shows I watched weren't trashy like all the ones people my age watch
