I can’t believe I’m seeing this for the first time, and I thought I’ve seen every sketch of Tim Conway as some sort of animal. Imagine Harvey being in this sketch. It wouldn’t surprise me if Carol had to replace him because he couldn’t get through it. I would love to see the full uncut sketch!
Hardly, He and Harvey had a skit where he walks in with Tim on a leash and he was a monkey into a set livingroom, and Harvey yells out honey I'm home! He tells the monkey stay here while I look for her. Tim starts to climb up the bannister and hanging from the window curtains. It was hysterical I was crying tears laughing so hard!
First time I’ve seen this particular skit of Conway & Burnett. Amazing. So, so, so funny, I have stitches from laughing. And what an astounding athlete Tim Conway was! Thank you very much for this wonderful upload, and we would love to see the entire sketch if available.
AH! I can't stop laughing! I love that Tim Conway totally commits to being the rabbit rather than relying solely on the bunny suit -- which alone is totally hilarious. Rabbits the world over should take note! This is how it's done! Brilliant =)
There needs to be an "I'm young & I love classic comedy club"! I'm about 20 now & I"ve loved the classic comedies since I was in my early teens. Hogan's Heroes is another of my favorites. This is a great sketch!

There is one Skit where Tim Conway, is a Burglar, trying to steal if I recall, a Diamond, and nothing goes right. I am soooo looking for that one. It is Hilarious!!

CBS used to OWN Saturday nights in those days--the line-up was MASH, Mary Tyler Moore Show, Bob Newhart Show, another sitcom (that for some reason never lasted long) and finally The Carol Burnett Show. No idea what was playing on NBC or ABC back then, because all you cared about was those shows. Ahh, I wouldn't trade those memories for anything (even being 14 again)!
I could not agree more! I don't think our generation realizes that everything they watch is just a knock-off of the good stuff! It's pretty sad, actually.
This clip, for the record, REALLY does sum up what Carol Burnett is all about: a live-action "Looney Tunes" =-) When, oh when, will this be out on DVD???? OR, when will this air on TV Land? ;-)

The funny thing about this is how well Tim adopted the mannerisms of a rabbit. He was a comic genius.
