Here are plans to build a foot pedal operated caster extension and retraction system for my Craftex 18" X 49" Wood Lathe. Except for color and brand it's identical to 18 X 49" Lathes from Grizzly, Laguna, Ben Leigh and others. It's similar to heavy wood lathes from Powermatic, Jet and others.
I am appreciating the progression these caster sets are making. Looking forward to seeing the final 3 versions!

First I wanted to express my respect to your meticulous work and interesting videos you're posting, they're a pleasure to watch and learn.
The main reason I'm writing to you is because I watched today (1/1/16) Jeopardy and the first participant was a young man named Carl Holmgren.
Don't know if he's related to you but, wanted to bring it to your attention, in case he is.

+ronin4711 Thanks for the kind kudos. We're fans of Trebek and Jeopardy but missed 1-01-016 (family dinner); we'll stream it later; I guess he didn't make us proud because he was not on 1-02-015, regardless, he's not a relative, thanks for the tip.

Carl. Are you familiar with the Laguna 18/36? I bought the factory caster set but they take up to much room. I’d like to see if these would work

Thank you for your videos. I built a crude replica of your table saw caster system. Works fine but yours is much nicer.
Are you planning on offering a "package" deal on more than one set of plans? I am sure there will be several of us interested in multiple caster plans as we all have more than one machine needing "Holmgren Movers".
