- So now, after two years of waiting, after a huge post-production work, we can finally present you our latest short film, Resident Evil "The Nightmare Of Dante".
It is a live action fanfilm, with all its defaults, qualities, but done with passion. We thank ALL those who participated for their time, patience and good mood. It's simple, without you, we would have done anything.

Dante made S.T.A.R.S team look like a shitty set of side characters. I think a face-off between him and a transformed Wesker would've been more appropriate.

First off I just want to say that you're freaking awesome for getting the actual voice actor of Dante to do the voice over work. I will say that I don't quite understand Nero's sudden turn considering he has the blood of Sparda, I don't think the T-Virus, or whatever letter it's called these days, would be able to really effect him. Over all it was a good short film just needed one thing to be Smoken' Sick Stylish, Dante's Devil Trigger.
Same. I was amazed on how this turned out, but I still don't get how and why Nero was infected. Still, pretty awesome short fanfilm!
This is the best fan movie i have ever deen in my entire life. The fighting chorography, the professionallity of the acting. Especially Dante. The animations and effects were slso very smooth.

I was brought here specifically by the detail that dante's actor in this is actually reuben langdon himself (the actor of dante in dmc 4 and 5)

Well.I was shocked when Nero just bit the guy's neck.The nest thing is he attacked Dante,and he sudden;y gets crazy and Wesker shows up and says "The N-virus has been activated",I was like "What in fucking hell is going on?N-virus?There was only like T-virus and shit!"And then I realized,the title is "THE NIGHTMARE OF DANTE".So that explains why you guys put the title up in the first place.Well,I gotta say,THIS IS THE BEST DEVIL MAY CRY/RESIDENT EVIL I HAVE EVER WATCHED IN MY LIFE.You guys got talent!I hope you continue making more Devil May Cry Fan Films though!

How did Nero get infected? Those with demon blood should be impervious to viral infections.
Also, in a couple shots, some of the zombies looked way too excited to be in a film.

When has this ever been stated? Hell, Dante himself is subceptible to poison in MIssion 16 of DMC4.

For a long time,most of his demonic power was focused on his right arm so Maybe that allowed the virus to Influence nero
I was SO READY TO JUDGE THIS.
I judged it. It was rad. S Rank. The S.T.A.R.S segments were a bit weak, even if they served as a benchmark for Dante's segments. Seeing some Tactics at work would have been good.

This film was great but just one little thing. The special effects were great, the combat scenes were fun to watch, but why didn't the characters talk to each other. Chris and the others just assumed Dante was on their side without even knowing his name. I think with a little more dialouge between the characters would make this already great film even better.
Do you really think that there's time to presentation when an army of monsters is attacking you? In this case, enemy of my enemy is my friend, I guess that when the battle concludes then, they will talk to each other.

I like how they mimic how the characters play in their respective games. The Resident Evil Characters are a bit slow uh well... this part explains the rest 7:45 Don't you just get those times that while you're reloading you just get your ass beat and damn did you guys really nail Dante's character, he lacks some of those funny one liners but damn the action is AMAZING!!!
yea while Dante may not say anything outside the monologues they still got him down perfectly like at 7:10 with the Bat-turn to face the big chef (I forget his name) and Dante gives him a wee cheeky smirk as the guy growls at him. Also, despite wearing the DMC4 get up I felt a pretty strong DMC2 vibe coming off him though maybe it was just how the camera were presenting him and the shadows over his face if that makes any sense at all. Oh, and your point about Resi's reloading and being routed to the spot: chainsaw dudes. I don't think I need to go into any further detail than that lol

He's still fast. I think he wouldn't have any problem protecting you at the time he uses style, But he would pefer to fight in a place where there's nobody in danger.
Dantes is so good at what he does that he doesn't need to take anything seriously so he does it in style imagine if he was focused. It's all a game to him....Which it is

On a more serious note, Ivory & Ebony with their infinite fire could cover anyone in a similar circumstance if you could get the knucklehead to cooperate.

Is really amazing the scene of the battle of Dante
Awesome video although no amount of zombies would be able to stop dante. His guns Evony & Ivory are high caliber, infinite bullets (no need to reload) plus Dante himself has close to supernatural accuracy, he can shoot as fast as he can press the trigger so killing hundreds of zombies in mere seconds wouldn't be a problem for him. That is without accounting for his others powers and abilities

His voice, his behave and demenour & his combat teqhnique is great but he still lack the sword combat rather than gunfight. Please add more sword teqhnique like stinger or million stab more over The Dance Macabre combo. But great job guys i realy appreciate this! :D

yea man it was pretty awesome and it really does look a natural fit into the Gunslinger Style. R1+ left stick in 360 + O would probably work alright as an input for it as I don't believe there's ever been any moves that use 360 motions in Devil May Cry 3/4, or not at least I can remember so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

From resident evil's infected to Dante's moves, i have never seen a better fan made film. If anyone gives yall crap for this just keep in mind that the best ideas and the brightest minds attract the most criticism. again, this is The Best fan made film i have ever seen.
