That's the funny thing. Tribute is the song they performed for the Devil . and the song referenced is tribute. so They played the devil a song detailing the events that had just happened, are happening and will happen while also referencing the song that they are currently singing. So I think what we can take away from this is that The D are stuck in a time loop

even though there was a section of this song where they did a Stairway to Heaven riff, the guys recently did an interview where they revealed that they were actually talking about Metallica's One as the greatest song ever.
No they said when One was released Jack called it the greatest song. But when it comes to Tribute, Jack said it's a Tribute to Tribute.

Well I think in terms of releasing they knew they could never put stairway to heaven into it, this is the demo version of the album version. The TV version is basically it's own thing in its own right I believe. I think when they wrote the song they WANTED to put that in there but knew as a releasable single it just could never happen
@@dudeman5303 OH, I was referring to the original demo version from the late 90s. Before the show. There's a way to listen to it on CZcams but it's a little hard to find.
Wow that really looks like the Neil Young album cover the album named Zuma it's absolutely uncanny except it's not a bird carrying a person it's like some devil thing carrying a Stickman and the cover is red instead of white but the resemblance is amazing I suggest people look it up and you will see what I'm talking about
Cauet a sorti un album en 2002 avec une reprise de la chanson "La musique" de la Star Academy, et Rock Academy est sorti en 2003.
Je ne pense pas que Cauet ait été choisi pour son apparence physique mais parce qu'il faisait de la musique parodique à l'époque où le groupe Tenacious D existait déjà. Jack Black était aussi connu pour son humour vulgaire proche de Cauet.
