You definitely need a better tune. For 13-15psi that sounds really slow. I ran a TVS2300 with 12-13lbs and it’s wayyy different. Before the new tune, I would suggest getting better intake setup just like the other comment mention. If you can source some VP M1 local to you, I would switch to that from water meth. I don’t think you are running E… at 15psi and AFR at 11:1… I think that’s pass the limits of Lt4 injectors. Soooo if you’re just running gasoline, straight M1 is the way to go. The trans tune also needs work.
103 mm throttle body & custom 4” or even 5” intake will get you like +100hp for just bolt ons on the same pulley I’m running 3.5 pulley w cam & fuel system, no meth stock internals
@ShadowRaptorGaming I don't think he wants to go that far. It does have a larger than stock throttle body now but I can't remember what size it is. The truck is just a fun daily driver. He does have a 3.5" pulley in his garage though
@@turbojeremy13tb looks stock, throttle body and intake upgrade is basically free power it’ll flow more efficiently for whatever pulley he chooses to run Mine is street truck as well not too crazy What’s w the smooth boost I’ve never heard of it
@ShadowRaptorGaming now you make we wonder. I'll have to ask him what tb he went with. I know he told me but I can't remember now. The smooth boost wasn't working when this video was filmed. The new smooth boost is ready to go in so we will probably put the smaller pulley back on.
@@turbojeremy13 I would suggest a custom tune as well, that will really get his money’s worth for buying the whipple, he’ll have way more fun with it and still be able to daily drive it that’s the thing with superchargers they have good drivability boost only comes in around +3k rpm to WOT

@issastock5.3 it definitely needs a better tune. It's just running the tune that came with the whipple. The whipple tune is pretty conservative
