Hulk took a tombstone from undertaker where his head was clearly almost a foot above the mat and he claimed taker hurt his neck. Mick on the other hand got thrown off a cell twice in one match against the undertaker wrestled, then later on in the show went back out took a stunner from Austin and was then helped to the back. For the sake of fans getting their money's worth and also for the sake of making the main event look great and help his peers to get paid from it. That's lazy?

Kicking someone in the face and dropping your leg on them is street fighting, not wrestling. He was just a really big guy who got by because it was the 80s in America and people liked their cartoon characters. He was never a wrestler. His fan base were under 10. There’s nothing wrong with that per say, but he’s never going to win any awards for technical wrestling ability. I mean, we’re talking about America - where you can be 6’ and over 300 pounds and still be considered an “athlete.” Talk about low standards. Hogan was in decent shape, but he also took more injections than a junkie to get there. I’m not against steroid use, but come on. It was all an illusion with Terry Bollea. No wonder he never put over Bret Hart. He didn’t want to be exposed. His matches were all predictable because he couldn’t do it any other way. He was like a trip to McDonalds. Also kept the undertaker relevant from 96 to 98 being the very much needed opponent for the deadman. Everyone that got in a program was elevated. None of that can be applied to hogan.
Hogan never made anyone and barely put people over, by 2002 he was past prime and had to pay his dues by putting over lesnar, angle, taker, rock and Edge. Of those guys only edge and lesnar were actually up and coming guys.

Hogan was the kind of dude who ran on the treadmill for 10 min then spent about an hour doing different curls and alternating chest workouts. Ironic he didn’t work them out because his move was the leg drop and not the full Nelson or press slam.
