Which is sad bcuz all three of Mick Foley's characters move faster in the ring and can have way longer matches even to the point of having 35% of his blood on the ground then Hogan 😂
Randy abused steroids so hard that he wore jackets to cover up his skinny arms due to the amount of mass he lost. Sad story he wanted to be like Hogan instead of just being himself.
The toughest bump Hogan ever took was on his own rear end while delivering the leg drop. As for respecting your body? How many cycles of steroids does it take to respect your body?
Foley may not have hulked up on steroids and therefore may not have had Hogan's impressive physique. But his promis and matches with Vader, Undertaker, HBK, HHH and Randy Orton alone stand up to anything Hulk did in a wrestling ring. Hulk Hogan vs Cactus Jack for the WCW World Heavyweight Title in 1994 or 1995 on Pay-Per-View if built right could have been money. Sounds like here Hulk might not have went for it but they could have had a great match.
While some people sleep. . . Hulk Hogan is training. While Mick Foley is being a decent human being with a loving family. . . Hulk Hogan is training. We all have different priorities I suppose.

LMAAOOO!! hogan trained at the gym alright, but his lazy ass only had the big boot and his leg drop. foley had a better career and MUCH more awesome matches and rivalries.
He was also a heel in this interview and Hogan stayed in a heel character somewhat the whole time he was Hollywood Hogan. He also wasn't about to put Mick Foley over when he was in WCW and Foley was working on top in WWE.
I love Mick to death but Hogan is a legend man. He’s pretty much on everyone’s Mount Rushmore and that match with Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania 3 might be the biggest match in the history of professional wrestling.

Foley made shawn michaels on hist first reign in, 96 made austin on his chase in 97, made the rock on 98, made triple h in 99/00 and even after retirement he made orton in 04 and edge on 06. Also kept the undertaker relevant from 96 to 98 being the very much needed opponent for the deadman. Everyone that got in a program was elevated. None of that can be applied to hogan. Hogan never made anyone and barely put people over, by 2002 he was past prime and had to pay his dues by putting over lesnar, angle, taker, rock and Edge. Of those guys only edge and lesnar were actually up and coming guys. Yes hogan drew money for its time but the positive contributions of foley to the wrestling world are way more important in my opinion, mick made people that kept drawing money for decades after his retirement
Hulk & Mick are friends, or at least friendly acquaintances. This is an old interview from over 20 years ago. Nothing Hogan said was wrong or untrue. Hulk is from a different era than Mick, Hulk’s prime in the late 70’s & 80’s, 20 ft bumps & falling on tacks were unheard of.
Not insecurity, back in Hogan's day the top guys were either shooters or had amazing physiques. The product has changed a lot over the years but for a guy like Hogan who is old school it probably is weird seeing Foley the way he is.
Well nobody ever looked at a Hogan match and went WOW! Hogan the character the gimmick the body was great. Foley matches will be remembered forever. What’s Hogans highlights? Power slamming Andre and leg drops?

Hogan was chubby at his prime. Look at the photos of him posing. Hogan was the kind of dude who ran on the treadmill for 10 min then spent about an hour doing different curls and alternating chest workouts. His legs were chubby one of the reasons why McMahon put him in long tights and he remained until the end of his in ring career. Hulk's in ring work was as good as his character is over the top in Japan, but he took the easy route in WWF/E to take less bumps(which failed because of his Atomic Leg Drop) and make money. Now ironically, Mick's body sure functions normally compared to Hulk's.
Mick's body doesn't function that well sadly. Lots of concussions, and he's had pretty intensive knee surgeries if I remember right.
@@channelnumber52 He had a numerous of brutal fight even before his entrance to WWF.He took his business very well;that he cannot wrestling forever so he took his chance in most of memorable fight into some degree.Nowadays a lot of wrestler retiree proceed to sue the company over their old injury(cant blame them though, there was no so called insurance provided) but not Mick Foley.
Hogan can brag how he trained to achieve that body shape, but i dont believe he will gave an extreme performance time after time if he get a muscle ache due to his workout.
@@channelnumber52 there is always DDP yoga to cure him if he wasn't so lazy, just go search the injured veteran clip
Great hair?
@@8512124 Foley has done DDP yoga.
You're never gonna win fans shitting on Mick Foley. He's one of the most loved guys in the business.
Hogan could only tell one story or two in the ring. Foley was limitless and could work with anybody. Met Mick 3 years ago, Down to Earth awesome dude
How the mighty have fallen, LOL.
Foley took a lot worse bumps than Hogan ever thought about....
Could you see Hogan doing the hell in a cell bumps with undertaker!! Lol that would be hilarious.
That’s Mick fault. He couldn’t get over any other way but trying to kill himself
May be true, but has nothing to do with Hogan trying to blame Foleys limping on not going to the gym. Why not just acknowledge that Foley’s limping has a lot to do with enduring some of the worse bumps ever...
"The Early bird AINT NO worm" - Hulk Hogan
Yes that cliché non-functional bodybuilding training really did help you Terry... You ended up with a dozen back surgeries and the mobility of a Lego...
We forgetting he took a whole bunch of gear to look that big too
Clickbait! Hogan doesn’t say that. People try so hard to tear Hogan down. You can’t ignore the real numbers he put up.
That's like giving the Kardashians credit fornl being good entertainers because they're show gets good ratings.
Its just the moderns wrestling fan mentality. They will pick a guy like Foley cuz they relate to him "hey hes a fatass like me!" Same reason they like all these current guys that look like shit. Hogan they could never relate to or aspire to be cuz they've never set foot in a gym.
@@jaybeef6994 the three faces of Foley: Sleeping, Cheese burgers, and M&Ms.
Mick Foley never sexualized his daughters image either
Nor the fact that foley made hus sons look like entitled assholes
I love Hogan for what he did for the business.....but him calling someone lazy is hilarious considering he’s the laziest in ring worker of all time
Which is sad bcuz all three of Mick Foley's characters move faster in the ring and can have way longer matches even to the point of having 35% of his blood on the ground then Hogan 😂
Who's dvd would you rather watch matches of Foley or Hogan? ... says it all really.
...HOGAN is clown shoes.
"He" Doesnt work for me brother.
RIP The Real Goat Randy Savage!
Randy abused steroids so hard that he wore jackets to cover up his skinny arms due to the amount of mass he lost. Sad story he wanted to be like Hogan instead of just being himself.
It's also worth noting Hogan hasn't taken anywhere near the bumps that Mick Foley did
The toughest bump Hogan ever took was on his own rear end while delivering the leg drop. As for respecting your body? How many cycles of steroids does it take to respect your body?
Bang bang
Foley may not have hulked up on steroids and therefore may not have had Hogan's impressive physique. But his promis and matches with Vader, Undertaker, HBK, HHH and Randy Orton alone stand up to anything Hulk did in a wrestling ring. Not to mention the crazy sacrifices he made over the years to go the extra mile to entertain us fans fortunate enough to witness it. Just an opinion.
The goat has spoken
Respect for yourself. "I never partied". Shut up, Terry. We're not dumb. Also, Foley ended up a world champion same as you, and one of the most respected men in the business. Those M&M's and sleeping didn't do so bad by him. How did the roids work out for you?
Well his backs trash, hes still a diva. His old lady left him and took all his money. And his son nick killed somebody by vehicular manslaughter. Hulksters doing a okay. Brother!
@@jeffhicks3184 Well, he did take Buzzfeed to court and royally screwed them money wise, so he's got something coming in now.
The man who fell off the hell in the cell three times, fell through the cell twice, went through tables, thumbtacks, and barbed wire, and put over numerous superstars (e.g. Triple H, Edge, Randy Orton, The Rock, etc) is lazy? Hogan has got a lot of nerve. This is coming from the guy who took steroids and used backstage politics to get his way in WWE, WCW, and TNA, Piss off Hulk!
"when they're sleeping I'm training"
Yeah, that's a subtle way of saying "I'm pumping steroids into my body"
Spoken like somebody hats never spent a day in the gym, like a typical modern wrestling fan,
@@jaybeef6994 😂ok. Whatever you wanna think my dude.
Hulk Hogan in the interview: clanging and banging with these 25 inch pythons brother.
Hulk hogan at the gym: just gonna pop in a few Steroids and then I'm done
How much training do you have to do to give a leg drop and the big boot every match?
I can’t remember who said it exactly but what they said was something like “Hulk Hogan is a legend and an icon, however Terry Bolea is a garbage human being.”
It will on everyone's reccomendation now , BROTHER.
Mick can still wrestle better then the 6 moves Hulk throws out every match
Hogans spine is useless. He busted the lower part from a trillion leg drops and taker fucked up his neck with a botched tombstone.
Hulk Hogan vs Cactus Jack for the WCW World Heavyweight Title in 1994 or 1995 on Pay-Per-View if built right could have been money. Sounds like here Hulk might not have went for it but they could have had a great match.
Foley should have just started no selling and hit the 5 moves of doom
He s not insulting mick he s stating a fact. Mick was never an in shape guy who stayed in the gym.
While some people sleep. . . Hulk Hogan is training. While Mick Foley is being a decent human being with a loving family. . . Hulk Hogan is training.
We all have different priorities I suppose.
People hated him because he spoke the truth. Hogan is the Goat and Foley got famous for actually hurting himself because he couldn’t be a wrestler.
Oh please.. Foley was ten times the talent Hogan ever was. Foley worked 300 house shows in year and Hogan refuse to lose to upcoming talent and was a steroid user. This is no comparison.
Hogan is great, but I never heard someone who thought Foley wasn't better.
I guess if you never watched a Foley match you might say that...
LMAAOOO!! hogan trained at the gym alright, but his lazy ass only had the big boot and his leg drop. foley had a better career and MUCH more awesome matches and rivalries.
Hulk were training with steroids before it after workout say your prayers, and take your steroids, Hogan the most overrated wrestler of all time
Mick needed the extra cushion for all the major bumps!
He was also a heel in this interview and Hogan stayed in a heel character somewhat the whole time he was Hollywood Hogan. He also wasn't about to put Mick Foley over when he was in WCW and Foley was working on top in WWE.
Foley got the last laugh, as Hogan is one of the most hated wrestlers ever!
He said all that yet Foley is way better
Foley is built to go Hogan is built for show.
I love Mick to death but Hogan is a legend man. He’s pretty much on everyone’s Mount Rushmore and that match with Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania 3 might be the biggest match in the history of professional wrestling.
In other words " I started watching during the attitude era or later " 🤣
@@HitLeftistsWithHammers you missed out on the golden era years.
i love how he's so articulate
For those who dont know Hogan was a legit catch wrestler. The guy could wrestle better than 90% of the cirque du soleil garbage today. Go watch his japan matches. He just knew the business in the US was about showmanship. Foley was not a wrestler he was a freak show because he knew that was the only way he could get over. Risking your life by throwing yourself off a cage 20' in the air is not wrestling. Its stupid. What moxley is today. And Hogan is old. His prime was pre wm4
Hogan was such a great worker that they truly think he was an immortal and bullet proof super hero. 🤣 They don't realize that directly or indirectly that Hogan is the reason that they are even wrestling fans. It's kind of sad to read lol.
True on what he said but all that training and early bird crap still didn’t get him out the shit hole for being racist in a recording.
Hulk failed to mention he had the easiest schedule in the 80's.
While most guys wrestled 6 days a week, twice on weekends.
I think you need to go read his match statistics from 84-91. Hogan had a lot of workdates. He did take time off to film movies in 88 & 90, but he kept pretty busy other than that. Either way, Hulk has apologized to Mick.
Love him or hate him, Hogan has a point. Flair has said similar things in interviews, referring to Foley as a high spot guy or a stuntman.
Hulk Hogan the top dog in the WWF , Mick Foley era was taking high risk that even Vince MCMAHON SAID WAS WAY TO EXTREME FOR TV.
Don’t use quotes in the title if it’s not in the video.
You’re absolutely right, I should change that.
@@masswellwiley6688 in your defense, hogan did say foley was lazy. He said hes been to the gym more in one week than Foley has in a lifetime and then started attacking foley for eating m &ms and cheeseburgers. If anything, what hogan said was even worse than just simply calling someone lazy. Good job by you, no reason to change anything, that's exactly what Hogan said and then some!
He basically said that tho
Some of yall cant read between the lines smh. He never ONCE called him lazy.. He was explaining how some guys can get away with NOT working out, n still go out there and do their best wrestling. While other guys like Hogan n Ultimate Watrrior are completely different
@@GeneralBuckNaked “Vic Mackey!”
Hulk Hogan and Mick Foley are good friends now, but jabroni marks always got to stir up old shit!
Mick and Terry (Hulk) are completely different performers. It’s an apples to oranges comparison. The wrestling business is certainly diverse enough for both of them.
"The early bird ain't no worm" wtf 🙇♂️
Mick would whoop hulks you know what. Hulk cant even take a real hit! 😂
Hulk hasn’t protected his body at all, he’s had his knees replaced, a hip replacement, he can barely walk. So I’m not sure what Hogan’s talking about
Foley made shawn michaels on hist first reign in, 96 made austin on his chase in 97, made the rock on 98, made triple h in 99/00 and even after retirement he made orton in 04 and edge on 06.
Hogan wrote the book on taking short cuts in the business.
Very true... Foley didn't have the body of an athlete. Mick was over because he was a crash test dummy for the business.
“Now nothing against mick foley” he probably said after basically talking shit about him lmfao
BTW, Hogan was 49-years-old at the time of interview, one year older the Jericho is.
Well, it's probably true that Foley wasn't in the gym, but we know that doesn't reflect his work ethic. Hogan is just venting some insecurity.
@@simsingh8492 Yep, hogan's career highlight was Andre the Giant.
Foley has dozens and dozens of high quality matches.
I can't believe I used to worship this guy
Says the original 5 moves of doom.
Well we all know Hulk respects himself more than anyone else does.
Mick’s response:
“I think of Hulk Hogan were to have wrestled me in his career, he would sound like a whiny girl on a prono film saying “Not so fast!” and “Not so hard!” because he didn’t like the contact. So the reason I’m out early, and he’s around there when he’s 49 years old, because I put out and I gave people their money’s worth.
Sleeping eating cheeseburgers and m&ms hahahaha omg he’s right
Ouch!
Mick Foley put his body on the line countless times and took it to the extreme. A giant amongst men.
Works out everyday for 30 years... Still can't look HALF as athlete and graceful as Dude Love, Cactus Jack OR mankind did in the Ring
Mick is an artist
Hogan was chubby at his prime. Look at the photos of him posing. Hogan was the kind of dude who ran on the treadmill for 10 min then spent about an hour doing different curls and alternating chest workouts. His legs were chubby one of the reasons why McMahon put him in long tights and he remained until the end of his in ring career. Ironic he didn’t work them out because his move was the leg drop and not the full Nelson or press slam.
