I'm heading into day 4 of using mine. The inverted crunches and leg curls didn't seem like jack.....until I went to work the next two days. It's good to see this video with an actual gym quality version of the machine. I had wondered if it really worked like the commercials say, why weren't they being used on a commercial platform. These CZcams shares have been encouraging.

I wish my total gym had a wider board and stuff like that... I find it very awkward (and not very stable) to do the exercises where you're on your side... That big attachment thing looks real nice too!

DANIELLE Stevenson I know this is old but the prior person was asking if there is an actual “facility” that is a gym where they have total gym equipment. This video seems to be recorded in a gym like 24 hr Fitness. So we are wondering if there is a gym I can pay a monthly fee too and try the total gym machine there.?
Liz Torres. Look into Fitspace Boutique (gym) see if there's a location near you we have 3 in Florida and one in Atlanta. I'm not sure where else though. Hope this helps ☘️👍

^ That is the model in the video. These exercises can be done on any Total Gym, though.
Wow, holy shit, that version is incredibly expensive
I just bought one of these on Craigslist for much less than what they are advertised for on the site. It is ten years old, but it is in perfect condition and is the larger, commercial version. It took a year to find this, but I just kept looking.
Great question. I wish mine was more like that. I'm sure that it costs substantially more though.
The only problem im seeing here is that the knees are going past the toes on the first set of squats. That's not good at all.
Grace H, I noticed same thing on my home version of this machine. I'm an ex-powerlifter with a lot of injuries and wear and tear to rehab and found the 'squat' platform too small and too low for proper performance of the exercise. I'm going to continue to fine tune it til I get something worked out tho'. Hey, at least I'm bending my knees again, right?👍

I'm sorry but these workouts suck. The leg press exercises are in horrible form. If you copy, you WILL hurt your knees. And that last exercise- huh? She had her legs against the cables. Thats a safety risk
