But one day I realized that shaving my head couldn't possibly look worse than being in denial about losing my hair. Trust me bro, shave it. You don't need to go all the way and shave it with a razor, just get some clippers and use the shortest setting.

As someone with an N64 hairline who has recently shaved his head bald, I can relate to the nerves, it's super fucking scary at first, but it's totally worth it. You instantly look well groomed and confident. The key is to not half-ass it. If you buzz it down just kinda short but don't go fully bald it accentuates the bad hairline. I got the motivation to shave it after going on r/bald, it's full of before and after shaved head pictures and nearly everyone looks significantly better after shaving it. The only downside is you need to maintain it, I have to shave my head weekly so it doesn't grow to the point of really highlighting the hairline again. As someone who also tends toward lazy efficiency too the maintenance part is lame, but saving money and trips out of the house for haircuts and not needing to shampoo or wait for it to dry and also never worrying about a bad hair day make up for it as far as efficiency is concerned. You've just gotta commit, and if you don't like it, which would really surprise me, it's still good content at the end of the day.
After I shaved I became popular. My hair were terrible, oily, baldy etc...after shaving, I discovered that my head was awesomely round. Never looked back.

A lot of different things can lead to different kinds of alopecia, but Asmon has the classic look of androgenetic alopecia, the widow's peak. When it's exclusively related to one's diet the balding pattern usually doesn't look like that. That being said, malnourishment could definitely accelerate the process, but it could just aswell be mostly genetics playing its role. You must be really fun to hang out with, losing your cool that quickly.
