Just curious but what would the best route be to make a hollow head cast? Something that would break when hit with something basically.

To make a hollow head cast that breaks easily upon impact, you can use Smooth-On's Mold Star 30 silicone rubber for the mold and Smooth-Cast 65D resin for the casting. These materials are durable yet breakable for your desired effect. For detailed instructions, visit smooth-on.com. Happy casting!

Do you have a list of the materials and how much you used.

This is the traditional way of doing this but, I can imagine people will now be tempted to use software that can turn a series of photos into a digital 3D model of the person and then 3D print the "lifecast" of them in plastic. Technology may make even lifecasting obsolete.

Tech is moving very fast, but Body Double picks up the details of human skin and tattoos on the skin! There will always be a need for lifecasting.
