    Nice ez method, good job mate. Found this exact same Kettle in the shed at our new rental left behind from the previous tenants. Bit of a clean up and some high temp silicone around the thermometer and she's a beauty 👍

    This whole escapade looked so delicious. I do most of my roasting outdoors because it is summer here in Idaho USA. I love Aussies because they have such a similar outlook on life and the environment. I do have a question though. So you see, I would ask you why you didn't leave the roasting pan on the Weber for the brazing? It could very easily have handled that and you would not have gotten your home heated up inside. I live in a desert and we get so hot around here that we try to conserve energy by having outdoor kitchens for summer. You being in a land down under, it is winter? Too cold to roast in the Weber?

    Ive smoked beef and lamb, and lamb is far superior in tenderness and juiciness, if you cook it to 205 not gamey at all. To get the same level tenderness and juiciness you need to buy an expensive beef rating
