INGREDIENTS
- For a dough
* All-purpose flour, 300 g
* Warm water, 150 ml
* Yeast, 1/2 tsp
* Sugar, 10 g
- How to make beef pies
1. Make a dough with flour, water, sugar, yeast, cover and let the dough rest for 40 minutes. knead the dough for 1 minute once after 40 minutes. Cover again and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Wait for it to double in size.
2. Knead the dough for 3 minutes until smooth.

6. Turn on the heat, steaming for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.
7. Wait for at least 5 minutes before opening the lid.
