I've never had an OBE that I know of, and yet when I hear you talk about this stuff, it just…rings true. I don't know much about Astral projection, but I have had dreams were I see people I've never meet. the first time was in 2010, I had similar dreams about this girl and her mother for about three weeks. 2 months later I met this girl Athena and her mother just like in my dreams. this has happened to me three times in my life. I don't understand how this happens or even what to call it.
I don't know why I'm telling you this lol. anyway your story is very inspiring. I guess it's nice to know strange things happen to other ppl.

First, just wanted to tell you thank you for being you. You’re so genuine...it’s beautiful. I felt a need to comment bcuz our stories are quite similar and the way you explain certain things, felt exactly how I would have explained it if I ever had. Except everybody I ever try to talk about A.P. with just is not feeling me for one reason or another. If they were, they would become instantly obsessed with doing it as you and I were. I just don’t think they truly understand. I am grateful that on my journey towards my first A.P. (9 mos.) I had experiences/sensations right away letting me know I was on the right track. So anyone trying don’t give up. Only advice I have is, you can concentrate too hard sometimes. Every time we go to sleep we have to clear our heads otherwise that little voice keeps asking questions or creating scenarios and prevents us from sleeping. Most the time we do it unconsciously. Also to project I always focus on my 3rd eye area until a great pressure starts to build and that’s when I know I can roll out as if I was moving my actual body I just roll off the side of bed/couch.
Since I can remember, I've always thought about death a lot, even for a kid who should be out there playing. I had those same questions and I was about 4 or 5 when I suddenly realised that I was growing old and would eventually die. For a kid that age that really marked me to this day; a sort of trauma. I've always tried very hard to discover if there is anything beyond our mere existance. I've had quite a few OBEs which have helped me a lot, but I cannot help to think that this might be just a function of the brain, to be able to project our concious elsewhere and to exchange experiences with others. What if we die and we can no longer do it? And the reason why OBEs can happen is only because of the brain? There will always be questions and doubts and there is a fight inside of me - the atheist against the believer. But I really think that energy is indestructible, and this energy might be our spirit, soul, consciousness, etc. And I guess it is possible to live on in a certain manner. All the things I've seen and experienced with OBEs led me to believe that there really is the possibility of the continuation of consciousness. Sorry for this long comment, I really liked your video :)
I traveld through the galaxy and into the middle of it, people that I can only describe of light were talking and laughing , you then told me to ask a question (somehow I was with my astral and physical body)...I asked a person of light in the center of the galaxy what the meaning of time and life was and they said nothing, but I then knew that was yet to come... But the strange part was they shown me light made into dust that was being absorbed by something. They then teleported me to Earth and we were bigger than it. They then threw the light dust on Earth engulfing it and turning it brigyt yellow... I remember shrinking and flying to earth... I experienced my mom coming home b/c I could hear a door open and shut but it happened like time was looping (but it was like I was a kid again). While my astral body was in a room filled with light and an empty chair beside a windowsill filled with bright green light(it was so peaceful there)... I was spinning in the air like the chord that keeps my body linked was trying to bring me back... I could see my friend's eyes flash before me and then I heard a voice say, "I will count up while you return" and it went dark... Someone said one and my eyes opened and that was my first projection
I think they brought me through my past and future. It was so psychedelic!

Thanks for sharing your profound experience with Astral Projection. I am still more or less fearful of death but not as badly as I did as a child. Discovering witchcraft and paganism has helped me become less and less fearful of death.
OMG I love your energy!!! I wish we could be besties 👽 and yeah, it's hard to fear death when you know there's more out there..
I also think there are different levels of souls, like some souls are super aware and here to change shit and then other souls get really comfy being in a body and maybe they don't WANT to realize they are spirits because they're SO comfortable being just human... I hope that makes sense
So much respect for you Elle and thank you for sharing your experiences. I'm in my 30's and got into the occult, witchcraft and paganism around the age of 13/14 and astral projection was the first topic that grabbed my interest (my gateway drug you could say lol) I have memories of me in my teens desperately trying to leave my body. It wasn't for a few years until I was in my late teens that I had a spontaneous OBE. I'm still not at the point where I can experience astral projection whenever I will it...but I know certain techniques I practice are guaranteed to give me more vivid dreams, I just tend not to have much control over them. I think I tend to skip the astral projection part and go straight on to astral travel...but my skills in it are definitely not as polished as yours. Really appreciated hearing you talk about working magic on the astral, this is not something I have done much of (on the astral that is, I'm always doing magic here :). Anyway, sorry to ramble, thanks again.

I love a good ramble too Sacred Seed...I think I should make a video on some thoughts on astral projection and astral travel (I did the Strategic Sorcery course and Jason Miller has some good techniques in there and makes distinctions between the two). I have a weird astral travel experience thing that tends to happen to me when I'm sleeping in a place I'm visiting and have never been to before...hmm, I think I covered some of that in my Dream Magic video, but yes, I may make a separate video on it. Love that tee. Great video as always. I always dealed with sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming. I get sleep paralysis aleast 5 or 6 times a week, but my point is ever since I almost died e times in my life once from blood lost at age 12 I had really bad case of ulcerative colitis. Age 26 I develoed colon cancer which nearly took my life. Then 29 from spetis and blood infection due to surgical complications. My fear of death was accepted and deminished. That impowered my Astro Projection travels much more during sleep paralysis. I can now induce sleep paralysis at night mostly or even during the day sometimes. Anyways, don't want to ramble just sharing you can experience a great and intense outter body experience through Sleep paralysis.

Are you kidding, you make any shirt look good. Nice talk about astral projection. I've always had extreme lucidity and what I feel as astral projections quite frequently, nearly every good rest that I get, that I dream. Although, I also had to deal with "night terrors", or "night paralysis", where you get trapped in between the waking and sleeping state and can see everything around you, yet can't move physically but can feel your dream, or "astral body" writhing around in panic as you desperately try to scream as well. I could feel and hear everything that I was trying to do to wake up or seek help by yelling, yet nothing would manifest on a physical level and felt like an absolute, literal hell!! Sometimes it would go on for several minutes before I would finally gain complete control of my waking body, fully awake. I unfortunately had them rather frequently as a child, sleep walked a lot, too, but thank the gods that I've only had one night paralysis episode as an adult. Hopefully never again. So sorry to hear you had a traumatic experience that led to addiction but I am glad that you are out the other side and doing well. Thank you for sharing your astral projection story. I am not sure where I stand on the idea of astral projection but I find it interesting to hear different perspectives. Also, as an atheist, obviously I do not believe in god/s but I do not necessarily think that precludes that other such wonderous things cannot/do not exist. I do err on the skeptical side of things generally but my thoughts on such mystical matters are a little more fuzzy these days. xx
Kelly Bear thanks so much darling. yeah it was actually a strange process for me to even start learning about "spiritual things" being an atheist prior. now I prefer to understand things using more esoteric terminology but I kinda hated it at first- honestly it was more things like quantum physics (the dumbed down stuff lol) and more psychological ways of looking at the world and consciousness that made a lot more sense to me at first. I still sometimes cringe at the word god lol, but now I just look at it as more of a collective or unity consciousness. this is just my experience btw- don't mean to sound preachy at all, I just think it's cool that I kinda came from a similar place. I'd always been interested in stuff like this growing up from a creative point. I was too afraid to really dive into it until a few years ago when I had an experience I guess with a 'spirit' or some kind of entity. I remember being at such a dangerously low point in my life almost constantly, it's still there now but I'm far better now after that first dream. I don't know if it was astral projection or just weird dreams but it's important to me and led me to meet wonderful people, growing, as well as getting into all......well THIS. Doors have opened though it's slow still. I can still vividly recall those dreams, four of them connecting and just so powerful. A friend had told me I was doing some weird mixture of astraling and past life travel? It's all weird but I love it so much. I'm turning 24 and I'm just now starting my life and my path and learning who I am.
I have a HUGE fear of death so these videos really help me.

I "suffered" from sleep paralysis starting from when I was about 12 up to pretty much now, though it was most frequent during my teens and 20's. I always felt, during those episodes, that if I "let go" instead of fighting it...because it was pretty frightening...I could have separated from my physical self.

Strangely enough....or maybe not so strange....Scientists have found that there is a very strong correlation between depression and the ability to view your world realistically. In other words, very happy people tend to "wear Rose colored glasses"...and don't really see what is around them. Those people who are grounded in the reality of this world (or in our knowledge of the "un"reality of this world) tend to really struggle with our emotions. In our search for balance, we can actually create imbalance within our physical/mental bodies. It takes a very spiritually strong person to search for answers and yet maintain our mental health.

I believe I understand your comment. More recently though I have developed increasing awareness of the power our minds and our intentions both on an individual and a collective basis to affect our circumstances. If you haven't done so I would encourage you to research topics related to power of intent, manifesting, and law of attraction. I have found gaining knowledge and awareness of these concepts to be very empowering. I don't mean to get preachy, but I think most people greatly underestimate their power to determine the nature of reality both for themselves and the collective. Best wishes.

He then asked us; that as per the book (Autobiography of a Yogi) if we have access to the breathless state (super conscious), and introduced from freeing ourselves of cosmic imperatives and thus applying for another world, what are we applying for if we proceed and access the rest of the states right up to the intent less state -from astral-consciousness to spirit conscious?

when i was just a few months old i died and was brought back, if i have memories of that i am not aware that is what they are, but i did grow up thinking wtf am i doing here and why are all these people so crazy, bound and determined to make me believe all their lies. i have never been afraid of death - this place isn't even real after-all lol eventually i realized i had to play the game to get by but that is all it was, i always knew this wasn't how it was "suppose to be". but that "suppose to be" became "how it is", just not here - something i saw the truth of very recently. seems all we have to do is remember what we truly are, then everything makes sense. not sure i would give my travels the obe title but i have never felt tethered while in that state in any way, shape or form, in fact it is the only place i am free and able to do anything i wish to.
listening to you talk about having to work at spells made me bristle till i realized the words can be confusing - to me life is not suppose to be hard at all, only respected and respect and honor can be viewed as hard i guess. i loved what you said about the mental pics, do you use that with animals? if not you should try it - it's so amazing and they love it!

oh i agree it is what it is suppose to be, here and now. i just meant we are not going to reach that full potential, the magic we dream of and KNOW exists, here on earth at this time. if we came here with all our full memories of what we really are we could not experience what we came here to experience. our collective conscious does not let us experience, just like here in life we learn better through experience than through reading a book , so prior to coming here we chose to forget.

Have you tried casting a spell during an astral projection? I've tried manifesting in a lucid dream via affirmation, but to know avail. I called a daemon in the lucid state, but it didn't come; instead a dream character freaked out and ran away from me as though I was the very daemon I was trying to summon.

You know witchcraft and oracles are in the bible right? I left christianity years ago because of the logical problems I have seen in it. I'm now a very happy celt pagan. And even though I dont consider myself a witch, meditation, and lucid dreams can be helpful to figure yourself out... so if that's evil then send me to hell where I'm happy and know myself. As a note however, as I was going through my spiritual journey, if jesus really wanted a relationship with me, I would've found him, but he didnt show up and trust me I was looking. Instead a goddess showed herself. So I would say to you, keep an open mind to other people's experiences.

I know for sure it’s not safe , a friend of mine started Astral projecting and getting into the occult and now he his full of demons and schizophrenic. He says he knows that the astral projecting was the major cause of opening himself to be oppressed by demons.
Praying the blood of Jesus is the only thing that’s makes his demons flee
It can be done safely but it takes practice and understanding. So just be careful in your journey
