Great video
"...that won't work on me. I fear God too."
You know it is over for you when a Djinn has more faith than you lol
oh lol, that man was also an evil spirit?
@@fiendymisfits1734 He is possibly. But I must correct you on this. Spirits do not really have any business in humans world. In this short, they are djinns. And some of them believe in God and fear Him but they can still be mischievous (if I spell it correctly) like us.
@@salispadli oh djinn means evil spirit?
@@fiendymisfits1734 Djinns are not spirits in Islamic terminology. Spirits are our unseen part that will leave this world when we die. In Islam we don't have this concept of semi-transparent spirits floating on earth to haunt people. But yeah, some of the djinns are evil and we call these evil djinns shaytan (satan) or demons, and some of them are believers and God fearing and we call them djinn believers. But just like us, their free will make it possible for them to do bad things. They are living beings with free will and responsibility just like us. They are not supernatural, they are just "superhuman" because they have powers humans don't posses. And this short film can be interpreted more specifically that the djinn (I don't know how many) is playing with the sheikh's mind out of his envy to the sheikh who is aware of what is halal and haram and will be rewarded greatly for every good deed but the sheikh abandons God and chose evil acts.
"God blessed you with religion but you just don't deserve it."
Also I interpret the situation happens in the sheikh's mind because we don't actually believe djinns have such power to teleport us to other dimension out of their free will. Except in some specific cases which God allows them to. If djinns could do so, why wouldn't it happen frequently, right?
Siti Rahimah
That’s what I said, like wow the Djinn got more Iman than the sheik!
Im from a muslim country and when he said 'i usually take 15,000 but ill take 10,000 for this' is something very realistic the entire concept of a fake exorcist is very real here
Most of the times these fake persons take advantage of people' s believes in them and leech money off of them for so called blessing sessions
Like the fake ruqya situation in London.

What I love about djinn horror stories are they aren't full of jump scares, but are more psychological horror, full of slow degradation of mental capacity of characters and leaves the viewers puzzled
That because in Islam Jins can be believers too. We even have a surah Jinn in Quran.
Djinns are manipulative. Whatever they say can't be the truth
In Islam
Human can not see a Jinn.
But Jin can see a human.
It's God's decree.
If someone can see a Jinn, there's something wrong with Him/Her.
To interact,
A good Jin (Muslim Jinn), never even try to Interact with Human.
They have their own bussiness in their world, just like pray to God or ect.
Meanwhile, a bad Jinn, they like to do that, such as tempt people to make a bad thing or make some prank to human.
But in Islam, Never believes what Jin says. Coz a Good Jinn will never try to interact with Human
even just to visit our dimension, because they're know, That is against the law of nature create by the God.

@@WatchALTER what exactly is going on? Ashamed to say this went over my head.
@@problematic_canik The man is a fake sheikh, performing a fake exorcism, and is making money to do so. It appears that the people he has attempted in the past were all sick or injured, and he didn't have to worry about it being a husband wrongly accusing his wife of being a djinn. However, he realizes that she might be healthy and fine, and her husband is the one possessed. He then hopes to help her escape and get away from the man. But then he realizes that she might have been possessed all along and the djinn has been testing his faith. The rest we hope you all decide what it means and what happens next.
@@WatchALTER love you guys. Thanks for the quick response alter team!!
My most favorite part of this film is the accuracy to the religion of Islam. There is no lie displayed here, all of it is accurate. Thank you, thank you for representing it correctly.
It's not only related to the religion of Islam but to all faith. by the way Muslims I mean real scholars and not money hungry ones are the only ones who can carry out real exorcism and free you if you are possessed
@@abidakhamisa66 yes yes I know, I'm definitely aware of that! I was just happy that they didnt display the inaccuracies that the media does with regards to Islam. I love how they showed that the man stopped the fake scholar so he can cover his wife. I loved how the jinn said he has faith in Allah, so the fake scholars "prayers" wont work on it. There wasnt anything wrong, and you can tell that the film was produced by a knowledgable person, a person who knew the facts of Islam, not the misconceptions. That's what I loved.
The woman who made it is a Muslim so of course she would know, unlike the jerks who produce Netflix shows
how ironic without lies islam dies
@@Yerinjibbang drink a glass of water and cool off maybe lmao
This is splendid. I feel that the man died and this is his afterlife...forever looking for a way out but never finding any. The dark room represents the darkness that awaits him for he had chosen material wealth over faith. Truly amazing. Amazing message.
I couldn't understand the story. Please explain
So as muslims, we believe that there are good demons and bad demons just like us humans. The sheikh here was probably a pious man at one point but got greedy and used God's word for material wealth. He tricks people into believing that their loved ones are possessed and need exorcism for what he charges money. Now he's being tested by the good demons or perhaps being tortured in afterlife. Because he's trapped in a maize and returns to the same place where he started even when he tries to escape, like a limbo. At the end when he tries to leave the house, he can see nothing but darkness signifying( or so I believe) that he has nothing ahead of him but darkess.

@@ForwardEarth Regardless of the religion present in the film, how is this in any way propaganda? People using words without understanding their meaning...
Brilliant story! When he said, “What goes around, comes back around”. That’s karma for falsely saying Gods word for money. One of the seven deadly sins is Greed, perfect example of this.
It’s actually a Hadith for the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him
@Fong Guang sorry but we were never taught about those deadly sins. Because sins are sins. But the biggest sin in Islam is associating others with Allah/God (Shirk)
But karma concept came from Hinduism and Buddhism . I dont how people keep on using it despite belonging to abrahamic faiths ? There might be teachings related to good deeds or planting good seeds giving rise to good fruits ..but the concept of karma is not there.
@Fong Guang but what she meant was the quotes not the deadly sin term

Kkay so the problem of being a lil early is that ppl like me have to literally break our head and try to get it instead of just reading a smartie's comment
So here's my understanding (it might just be wrong)-
So i feel that our man is simply seeing a reflection of himself with Khaild. Clearly he loved his daughter greatly. And if u see, Khalid asks him " *_When_* did u lose faith?" , which makes me think that he lost faith in god after his daughter's death which caused him a great deal of distress and blamed it on his wife , and in the beginning we see him saying that he understands not having a wife around , so chances r that he killed her.
The lady says , *What goes around comes around* yea , so she must be referring to his own sin comitted against *_his_* wife.
The daughter also disappears so i think its safe to assume that she's no more.
*Now taking the time on the clock into consideration* -
At 10:30 on the clock , the lady and the daughter disapear and khalid is found dead , according to the Bible , verse 10:30 states *_"I and the father are one"_* , i think its pretty convincing that Khalid is the Imam's younger self because even if u look into the Quran , 10:30 states " *_Every soul will be put to trial for what they did previously and they will return to their master , the truth and lost from them is whatever they used to invent_* "
.So the Imam might just be put into trial (hell maybe) for the sins comitted. We can also get that from the line she states. Basically karma is a bitch and it hits u back. He also opens the door to just find an empty space of darkness.

That was not a demon
It was djinn a good one teaching him a lesson not play with others faith in God

This speaks so much truth! We are but a small door in a big darkness unless we stop playing with God and His Name.
I have been there .
We humans are a very small part unless we wake up...
This is not about religion, this is about the truth.
I am not a Muslim, but God is God. We sometimes forget what life is about. We will all die and then face our creator.
Many people say there is no such thing, but even though I understand science and mostly because of it I must know that we are only in a small part of reality. The light goes on. Make right here in this little bit that we now know and you will not stand in a dark universe to be judged. Feeling very small... in a doorway...
God exist or not but we should do good with all living beings
Aye bruh. It's just a movie on CZcams lol.
I’m a Pagan, so I believe in multiple gods, though none necessarily had a hand in creating us. Rather, they guide us. This remains true for any god you may believe in, regardless of your beliefs of creation.
I’m of the belief that we are all one collective soul separated into billions of pieces; all connected, all shaped by each other’s experiences. Every single being is intertwined, and I believe that bond we all intrinsically share, recycled into each new life, is far more powerful than we realize. Remember, you are connected to every single being surrounding you, and your decisions (both good and bad) matter beyond your individual self. You are the people around you, and they are you.
Selfishness is the death of the soul, so be kind to others and care for them with the same passion you care for yourself. Our faiths and beliefs should not separate us - your faith is my faith, and my faith is yours.
Think people are confusing the story abit.
The point of this story imo is that Abu Iman was taking advantage of his religion by funding off it. When he entered the home of the supposed possessed woman he was actually trapped in a home where the man and woman are both Djinn and were testing him to see if he continues to do evil by faking another exorcism.
He does, and he's punishment is the eternal damnation at the end.

This is a Master piece!!!! best short film I've seen lately, I'm not a Muslim, but I the concept of the inner good and evil embedded into each one of us is universal.
