Maine last year 2kg ambi ka achaar bilkul aise hi baanaayaa tha pehli baar bahut badia bana tha 1 saal se pehle hi khatam ho gaya tha to maine is baar 10 kg banaayaa jismein Maine 200 gm Peele sarson +50gm kalonji daal du, 250 gm Peele sarson ki jageh or yein bhi bahut badia bana

don't use these type of jars.😮😮.... very harmful...... use only glass jars or special jars which are used for pickles..... but don't use this...
I have transferred it in glass jar as soon pickle reched Bangalore
Yes its riskey to travel achar in glass jar..chances of breaking glass jar during journey...waise hamare gaon mai to plastic ke badde he use karte hai hamesa...and they are fully healthy.
