Very truly said Sir🙏 In our difficult times no body helps us and we are always concentrating on the same situation, I have experienced it,I pray to Maa for help🙏
Pronaam Alok da ! In 2013 I lost my 29 years son due to heart attack. After that same things happened with me ...... questions of my surroundings......run away from home to Pondicherry.....and Maa saves me
Dear Anjana In this strange mysterious twi-natured life we are each on a cosmic voyage as individuals. We must go through all kinds of experiences guided and supported by the Hand Divine towards a grand consumption that justifies all our struggles and pain. Until then we have to go through these joys and sorrows with trust in Her Grace. May Her Grace be with you. With prayers Alok da
When on reads the spiritual books one comes across the word moksha . In the light of Mother and Sri Aurobindo , does moksha exist ? What does it mean ?
Moksha means freedom, freedom from the bonds of ignorance that prevent us from knowing our true divine nature. Due to action of lower nature and it's ignorance our soul identifies with mind, vital and body and mistakenly believes that it is the bodily self and the momentary personality. But always conscious of its secret Immortality it tries to preserve these transient parts. Forgetting it's true divine nature it is driven by the desire self. This forgetfulness of the soul through an imprisonment in the ignorance of lower nature has its purpose. The soul is a seed of the Divine and the seed grows as it struggles against the dark fields and forces of ignorance. A time however comes when the seed is rooted well and has started sending it's shoots towards the sunlight that it feels drawing closer. This is when the soul in us begins to wake up to the memory of its true self. It then turns towards Truth and eternal Love and Beauty and Good and God and Freedom and Immortality. Thence through the process of yoga it recovers and knows itself as the divine child, an eternal portion of the Divine, an immortal imperishable flame. When we thus recover and identify ourselves with the true immortal self then are we freed from the clutch of ignorance and have realised moksha. Once this happens it means that one line of our development through the cycles of birth, death and rebirth is over. The soul which is a seed from the Divine has grown into its full possibility. Of course it need not refuse rebirth but consciously choose to return to work consciously for the Divine or even, if it is ready, to participate in the work of transformation undertaken by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
Dear Suman If you find it difficult to concentrate upon studies you can try practicing concentration during work. Put all your energy and attention in whatever work you do. That is an excellent way to develop concentration. affectionately alok da

एकाग्रता क्या है. क्या ध्यान मे कुछ समय बेठना एकाग्रता है. पढाई मे intrest नहीं आती है. उस समय हम किस प्रकार का एकाग्रता करेंगे?
