    What is difference between igo individuality and pshyic individuality

    • @AuroMaa
      @AuroMaa  Před 16 dny +1

      Ego individuality is the construction of Nature formed through the selection of certain movements, forces and tendencies that we accept as our own. Identifying with these movements of Nature we start taking it as ourself. It is like someone chooses a house or a work. After some time one gets very attached and takes the house or work as an expression of his identity. Similarly one identifies with the body, certain thoughts and feelings and desires as oneself. This identification with a selection out of Nature is needed to support the journey of the soul that is within. This ego-identity is the surface personality of man and is dismantled with death. But the psychic being is the indwelling divine inhabitant that takes up the ego-personality, uses it as an instrument while staying in the body as a guest. It leaves it after the needed experience in one life that it receives through the ego-individuality and moves on. The ego-individuality is formed by the mind and makes us feel separate from others. It is like the driver of the car and the car is the body. The psychic being is the traveller in the car. It goes as far as the car and the driver can take and then changes them over for a new journey. So the psychic being is the indestructible immortal element that grows from life to life until it is realises its divine truth and turns fully towards the Divine.

      @@AuroMaaSir, can I say that my psychic being is exactly the same as your psychic being or anyone else's psychic being?

    • @AuroMaa
      @AuroMaa  Před 9 dny +1

      In essence each soul is the same as it is a portion of the Divine. But the soul is the basis for the Divine manifesting in the individual. The purpose of this individual manifestation is to realise the dream of Unity in Diversity. It is for this purpose that the soul, though same in essence, develops along uniquely individual lines through unique experiences until it develops into a full-fledged psychic being.
      Each psychic being therefore, when fully developed, manifests a unique aspect of the Divine out of His infinite possibilities. To illustrate with an analogy, each of the Pandavas has the same parentage and yet each is unique and different and indispensable for the total harmony.

    Your vision is very interesting and it increases one's faith!

    Very nicely explained sir.. One thing strike on my mind that if one is little bit attached with the mother like in front of the photograph getting emotional while talking about current situation or past memories some time picking of even if single flower to offer it to the samadhi at that time one is becoming happy that this flower is going to the mother. Are all these thoughts/ emotional thouts help to the individual to succed in catch the faith,sincere, love, truth? Or to succed to higher plane one must work upon it like upon faith one should constantly aware against corruption of it & so on...
    As in the world some become success without attach with sri krishna sri Ram only because of their faith & sincere.
    Then what is the effect of getting attach with the mother or Sri krishna Or Ram?
    I think only it helps in while reading the books one catches the word or sentence without argument in one second or ( Argument & doubt about the word or sentence do not come to the mind) as one adore & assume himself that what ever she has written all are right. & while one read other philosopher doubt or argument must arise may be high or low amount & at that moment he again seeks the what mother & Sri Aurobindo talk about it.
    Kindly clearify this question sir.

      Why doubt these experiences? Do we doubt when, let's say, we see someone physically close come near us suddenly and we feel emotional? We say it is only natural to feel so, isn’t it? So too when the heart is touched by the Divine and, through the heart the soul, it is natural for tears, tears of longing and joy, to roll down. The material scientist shut within the fence of the senses and its so called objectively doubts everything that he cannot see and hear and sense and measure. But isn’t it a fact that much of what is most important cannot be perceived by the senses and hence cannot be measured. For example we know that we exist but can we 'see' and measure ourselves apart from the body. But the body and the senses are only frames for the world, an operational necessity. And yet in our real dealings with the world we consider so many aspects that we cannot see or measure such as love, fear, hope, expectations and many other subjective elements that belong to our psychological experience. Are these psychological experiences unreal? In that case we will logically end up doubting our own self since we only intuitively know it and not objectively. The same applies to God and the forms He assumes so that we can come in contact with Him even through the senses. But it does not mean that it is the only way. We can equally and more powerfully come in contact with His Being without any outer senses or through any object such as a flower and leaf which becomes a vehicle of our feelings to put us in contact with the Divine. It is called faith and sometimes a blind faith because we cannot immediately see any 'objective reality' that corresponds to our experience. But if we see carefully this faith is itself a kind of intuitive knowledge that reaches out to that which the senses cannot perceive. It is in fact a most precious intuition and we should take every care to safeguard it until faith gets deeply rooted and leads us to the experience and the true knowledge.

    Sir, what is the process of coming and staying in Ashram ? Is there any age limit ? Any other conditions?

    • @AuroMaa
      @AuroMaa  Před 16 dny +1

      One should first come and see, stay for few days and go back. These visits from time to time and if possible taking up some work during the stay helps to tune the nature and acclimatise oneself to the Ashram. Then, if such be the destiny, one takes the conscious decision.
