It was official cannon, and was probably ten times more interesting than anything they are going to enter in to the 'New Canon'

Games Night production value and editing is pretty darn good. Dice angles/card overlays are pretty legit and appreciated. Please yell at Lewis so he centers his dice next time.

My dad and I played this the day it came out in Minnesota, he absolutely destroyed me and then reread the rules and realized that his Rea wasn't actually allowed to use 7 weapons at the same time .

No, it has a special side on its die that allows for you to remove all shields from all of an opponent's characters

Correct me if I'm wrong but when you resolve damage you have to resolve all melee or ranged damage at the same time (splitting the dice as you wish between opposing characters).
Nope. You can resolve any number of your dice showing the same symbol. It doesn't have to be all of them. The only special rules regarding splitting them is that modified dice (the ones with a + symbol) can't target a character besides the one the unmodified die is used on.

It includes the prequels, calm down, you can have qui-gon slice count dooku in half if you wish (just know those two fighting in this will take forever due to all the shield madness)

I assume that these guys don't play the game much, but Lewis is discarding really good/powerful cards and forgetting his Rey extra action.
Wait if the tiefighter never used the resource to attack how did it get used against sips?
TicklemeFTR it also isn't a character, so Lewis' force throw shouldn't have been able to target it.

I'm pretty sure Deflect and Force deflect back on the attacker, rather than choose a new target. Or at least deflect.
If only my man sips was more observant with his TIE Fighter and reminded Lewis, to REMOVE THE SHIELD OF OF LUKE, though he still might have lost, Luke would have been down to what... 1-2 health?

You can play this online at tabletop simulator mean playing this in person is fun but if you want to go the 10$ route and try it before you spend 200+ dollars on it suggest you try that :P
I've never been able to get into Magic, this however looks like fun... I'm gonna have to pick me up some starter packs.

he used force throw incorrectly. it can only target players and he used it on a Tie-Fighter, which isn't a player.

4 months late, but he played it correctly
"remove a die" he chose the 3 damage support die, granted by a tie fighter
"to deal a character damage" he chose the stormtrooper, which is a character
I do not understand what is going on in the game at all 😞

Why didn't Lewis get rid of the shields he had on Luke Skywalker when Sips played the Tie Fighter?
