I can buy all my fufu in the market in Africa, let the market and business people have something to do. All I need to do is cook it,and eat it.( This is a nice way to serve fufu with soups that are not liquidity, however I'll recommend a slightly shallower dish, also for those who don't want to use their hands, ( i don't in certain settings) to serve with a spoon, knife and fork for cutting and picking up any meat or fish as you want 😉. Very nicely presented

wow! I never thought of using plantains that way, I just peel them and slice them into tongue shape and fry until light brown then I just eat it. Yum yum

yumm...thank you for the great and clean video, I also use green plantains similarly to this to make the best porridge filled with vitamins and lots of minerals that cornflakes will never provide plus it keeps hunger at bay longer

Cuban fufu you can put dash salt olive oil and pork CHICHARRONES. And instead of using blender we use MORTAR and mash pork and plantains together so not as smooth as yours.

Since I’ve never done this before, I just want to make sure I didn’t do anything wrong. I made it, it looks right, it’s smooth, no lumps, but when I pull a piece off, the texture feels like there’s sort of a very fine grain to it. Is this normal when doing it from scratch? I blended it very very well before cooking. When I make it with plantain fufu flour, it’s very smooth with no graininess to it.
