Post production video is up!
The udio zoom you us,you just put it in your jacket and records audio that well like when you are doing the wheelie? O.o Or where do you put it? It´s crazy it reduces the wind noise that much
Amazing Tutorial. Just wanted to let you know however, that the ND Filter doesn't make any changes to motion blur. It simply darkens the image, which allows the auto shutter to go lower (slow shutter speed = more Motion Blur). I would recommend to always set the Shutter Speed to the double of your FPS (for 25fps you'd choose 1/50). Gives the most natural motion blur
bro all of your videos are so quality… you deserve more subscribers.
Glad you like them!

This is the ultimate motorcycle recording tutorial! Simple and effective for the average rider. Thanks a lot bro!
One of the quality and premium channel in motovlogging! Congrats!
The professionalism and quality of this is amazing. Even showing what you use in the black looks so good.
Thank you
Dope! Been waiting for this video, thank you.
The best looking videos I've ever seen on CZcams. I'm starting motovlogging, and this is just what I needed. Big uppps bro!
Such a quick and easy video with all the info we need ❤
dude, clean editing and sound. love it bro!
This is gold and great content! As I new rider, I'd love to record my rides with good quality image/sound, and this will be very helpful to achieve that! Thanks for sharing!

Stay tuned for the editing process ✌️
Amazing video 👍 keen to see the post production and how you handle the sound in edit

All of this is amazing! Could you please share details on editing and stuff??
We need the video of the edition and the color please 😝😝😝😝 thank you very much for everything!
Nice setup!
Just subscribed, nice quality and thanks for the tips!
Thank you!
thanks for the info, you should make a video showing exactly where you attach the mic
Really appreciate the video. I ended up buying the H1n and the Purple Panda. Just did my first test ride after playing around with the settings. I wear a full face Shoei helmet and I clipped the mic on jus as you did. Man, I had a ton of noise coming from the wind and my exhaust. I will need to keep playing around with it as I think it was too much wind. Yours sound great!
Further, I did another ride tonight with the mic positioned pretty much right in front of mouth and clipped on like yours. My voice sounds like I'm nervous or something as it sounds choppy and "shaky" sounding. I wonder if the low setting is somehow clipping out part of my voice. I'm going to experiment with it.
@virginiatrailcameravideos generally, you need to ride at slower speeds to get a low wind noise sound. wind will eventually hit the mic the faster you ride. Notice that I only do my vlogs in the city at relatively lower speeds. Good luck!
god belss you. thank you for this video.
Thanks!!!
thank you broo 🙏❤️
Wow crispy clean Vid bro!
I just have a simple question: can i record Sena, my voice AND the he exhaust Sound?
I thought maybe with an Aux splitter?
Is this possible?
Kollam mone... Ninne nirulsahapeduthila... Keep going !
Great info
Great video, lots of help, but what do you do if your ride is over an hour long? Do you have multiple batteries for GoPro, and just switch batteries when they die??
Great
Your quality is amazing! I might get back into Motovlogging so I have been checking out various setups. The external recording of the audio seems like the way to go even though it's a little more inconvenient. I think regardless I will give this mic a shot and that backpack looks dope! I have an A7 IV and have been worried to bring it with me riding but that might solve my issue.
Thanks man! You should get back on it. This backpack is one of the most convenient motorcycle items I own.
The Attorney That RIDES approves! Great tutorial!
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for wat hing bro
@mostreet hi, any particular reason why you are not following the 2x rule when deciding the frame rate? In case of 25 FPS, the usual go-to is to consider frame rate 1/50 (2x rule) which gives that motion blur effect, however since frame rate is locked it would mean underexposed shots if there is any change in environment, like an underpass or tree cover.. can you please elaborate
Dude your thumbnail is so sick
Great video. New sub 🤙
Hi bro just quick question
For the external mic to record the exhaust you just need to drop the mic in your bag turn it on and record ? You don’t need to plug it ?
Then you make a synchronization for editing?
I’m getting a little too much wind noise from the recorder in my backpack for the exhaust sound. I wonder if they make something that can help lower that a bit
Like your vids, you jost got a new subscriber! Just find your chanel searching for good quality mics for good engine sound recording. Keep up the good work and i am waiting for your post production tutorial too.
Please make the next part
Bang….!!! ❤
Thanks for the video. Is the post production tutorial that you talked about coming out soon?
Yes it's ready!
This video in underrated
What post processing program are you using to splice the video and audio recording? Thank you in advance.
When you plug the PP lav in the Zoom H1n, it records the vlog audio from your helmet but does it also records the exhaust at the same time, and if so, is it recorded separately or are both your exhaust and your mic recorded on the same audio track ?
Are you taping a lav mic near exhaust or just putting the zoom in packback?
Hello, the video is so cool
When will the color editing Premiere editing part about editing at the end of the video be uploaded?
As soon as possible
Brilliant video, would you use the same settings for the hero 12?
Pretty much but 8:7 instead of 4:3. Will be uploading the follow up vid this weekend.
Great vid man, what if you want to vlog and also get the best exhaust noise would that mean you'd need two recorders?
Thanks and yes
Should i buy the Zoom H1 you have or the new model? Which do you reccommend?
Any alternative with this quality for a wireless mic?. I would prefer to place my insta360 in the front part of the motorbike instead. Thanks!

Lots of good info! It's mostly for the professional vlogger/cinematographer, considering there are so many settings on the cameras to choose from--for the average user. Very time consuming to road test all those settings to get things just the way you want them. How do you know when you have a final product that’s ready for publication? I’ve heard it said that you know when you’ve finally run out of time...
👌👍
with kodak pix pro sp 360 action camera we can shoot in different modes with one camera
Ich fange jetzt gerade auch mit CZcams an🫡 habe so Bock drauf
that's great Man U re perfect
Hey amazing video, i wanna start making videos for fun to record my rides! When does the tutorial for the editor come? thats the thing i need help in to make it look good haha cant wait!
It's out now haha
how did you put the ND filter on the GoPro 7 with media mod not getting in the way?
Thanks for the info dude!
You mentioned you use the H1n for exhaust and vlogging. How do you get both simultaneously? Does your purple panda mic pickup the exhaust enough while you're vlogging or do you use audio from a different source to get a good mix of exhaust and talking?
Tha ks for watching! I only use one mic either for exhaust sound or vlog
i was not prepared for the level of production and quality from someone with less than 10k subs. remember me when you're famous lmao. Great content homie
dude great video! your video looks 🔥
How come you use nd filter , but you leave shutter on auto?
Forces the camera to record in lower shutter speeds from 50-100 which still has motion blur
Nice Video Bro!
What do you use to mount your phone to the handlebar ?
Just updated the description
Hey can I record both my voice with the lav mic and the exhaust note with the mic on the H1 itself at the same time?
Great quality content! Still waiting on your post-production video! (:
Coming soon!
Nice setup man. I am a Motovlogger too. I just subscribed your channel
Thanks for the sub!
Exhaust sound settings - my 125 Honda just left the chat 😳
How about battery management? How short are your trips, 60min?
Some great tips. Waiting for editing tutorial! Frame rate auto with ND Filters? Usually its double the shutter speed or triple to help hyper smooth
Working on it. The frame rate is on auto with the ND due to the changing exposure on the road, it usually floats between 1/50 to 1/200 aiding hypersmooth stabilization.
@@Moztreet are you still working on the editing video?

Hey nice tutorial. I was wondering what are settings for the reframe plugin for premiere. I'm also using a GoPro Hero 10 btw. Thanks
Will be included in the next video
This has been awesome, can I ask… are you able to record two channels on the Zoom at the same time? Say.. have it in the backpack pointed at the pipes.. recording on one channel, then the lid mic plugged in recording to another channel?
You will need a zoom h4n or higher with a lav mic connected to the trs/xlr input using a TRS adapter.
@@Moztreet great, many thanks.
In this video you have the mic in your backpack, however the video description says you use a lav mic taped near the exhaust.
Just wondering which method you find best? Backpack only? Or lav mic near the exhaust?
Backpack
Hi. Really appreciate your help. Just one question and, this is just because I couldn't pick that line very well. Do you use the same audio recorder for your bike as for your voice... but when you wanna vlog, u put the external mics to the helmet, right? lets say, can you have multiple audio sources with that audio recorder? like... bike/helmet ?
Yes, I use the same recorder for either vlogging or exhaust sound. A solution to pick up both would be a 2 channel recorder, one for the lav mic and the other from tbe recorder mics or maybe a set of wirless recorders (2 transmitters wnd one reciever connected to this recorder. I need to test that with my rode wireless go ii.
Man your quiality of your videos are amazing! Btw im still waiting for the post production video tutorial😌
Thanks man! I might finally finish it this weekend 🙌🏻

Looks great, but I can't find the editing video you discussed at the end. Is this the only one you posted for the series?
It's up!
Wow
nice vid, wantet to ask, how does it work with the gopro and microphone sound? do you need to connect it with the gopro? or how does it work? thanks for answering!

Hi. I thought about using the horn as well. But on this video we can’t see any visual signal to sync the audio and footage. How do you do? I could tap the chin camera as many times I use the horn. Knowing more tips from you would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
You generally see a spike on the audio layer in any editing software.
Bro when are you releasing the post production side of this video? Cant wait to see it!
I know it took so long, I will start working on it soon and will be released by the end of this month!
@@Moztreet update?
@@lkld tomorrow!!
i am terribly sorry for my question but i didn't get where you're putting the mic when you want to record your exhaust 🥲 i just ordered everything you talked about for a better sound quality but i need to be sure before using it, thank u so much if you answer 🙃
How do you manage to get good quality out of H1n laying in your bag? I tried to put it into a side pocket of my backpack on the exhaust side) and it picks crazy amount of rustle from the mic moving around. I tried to put it into a soft beanie or a scarf and it still picks a lot of rustle but the exhaust is almost impossible to hear because of the scarf and bag layers. Gets better with a lav mike hanging outside but the setup isn't that minimal and neat.
Add some cloth to prevent it from moving around
Great video!
5K res eats a lot of memory. Which SD card do you use?!
Anything 128gb v3 will do it.
Thanks a lot! To record the off voice what mic or system are you using?
H1n or h4n
can you record motorcycle sound and voice sound at the same time with the lavalier mic connnected to the h1n recorder?
You will need a 2 channel input recorder
