I think you should do some cardio and reduce the number of crunches. A better exercise for losing belly fat is planks.

@@ThePrerna187 i lost like 1-1.5kg maybe but gained muscle at the same time. So weight doesn't matter. Record your measurements and then compare. I lost around an inch off my waist and 2 inches off my belly.

But now i am feeling ki mai moti ho gyi hu thats may be not a problem but the main problem ye hai ki mera chest chauda ho gya hai shoulder chest and even boobs are also increased jo saalo se nhi badhe the... Now mujhe dar lag raha ki kyu ho raha ye and mai jyada fatty lagne lagi hu... So kya ye 100 crunches krne ki wjh se ho raha kuch smjh ni aa raha kya kru... Suggest something please

Hi Prachi Di this is saloni...I'm aerobics Zumba fitness instructor as u r gaining again n again the belly fat..here is 1 solution..you should drink hot water in mrng as u wake up ( 2 glasses) n after 20min u should exercise for at least 10 to 15min daily...u will not gain belly fat again n again.. thank you ❤️🌼 n lots of love to u Di🧚😍

Wow I hate people every time someone gives me advice they are wrong. Crunches have always been a pretty easy exercise for me but I haven't done them for 4 years because people say it is almost completely ineffective for losing belly fat and that you will just have muscles under your fat that make you look even fatter. I've done cardio exercises for over 6 hours a day for 6 months and 3 hours a day for a year and a half unable to lose any weight at all even with cutting out majority of junk food. I think I'm ganna try crunches again after finding out how wrong everyone is if I have to I can do almost 2,000 a day.

It weren’t the crunches which helped you SPOT REDUCE. it was your OVERALL CALORIC DEFICIT which helped you in lowering down your overall body fat.what crunches basically did was to develop muscles in your abdomen area which further help you in reducing fat,but we can’t say that just doing 200 crunches made you achieve your goal.anyway,KUDOS to your girl,it was great how you kept up with your plan.
