Even if the government fund it, we know the government can be biased and prejudice…. we certainly see that in the whole vaccination big Pharma tangled Webb of Covid vaccinations…. so tell me exactly which studies you trust because there was no funding from a bias source?

Well, truly it's about finding the sweetspot in quality and quantity.
Technically if you drugged yourself to death, I heard it's dope, but that immediately afterwards you die.
But then also, I reckon maybe dedicating every action ever in your life focused towards maximizing your lifespan, than you lived the longest but then there's no point to having lived that life.
Therefore, the way to look at it could be as finding enjoyment in the habits that increase your lifespan, because you cash in that gained lifespan by living it the best.

And I have to assume they are terrified by the results that Valter Longo is seeing in his longer-term fasting studies where patients are often... hold it.... here comes the term... cured... of disease (or otherwise see reversals in their conditions). That's going to cause alot of problems for the Rockefeller method of disease management....

I have done strict Adkins and intermittent fasting since I was 42 years old and I am now over 60 years old and still weigh in at 165 pounds at 6 feet tall. I have great numbers, no heart attacks or even myocarditis, and feel great. I also have a genetic form of hypertension that required me to take medication since I was about 30 years old. I take very low doses and never had even one heart issue while running over 100 miles per week as a Professor at USMA. All of the males in my family have had major heart attacks and some quad bypasses by my age and most died much younger than I am now so I think I will continue with my current program. BTW, I was put on Adkins by a physician who trained in China and everyone told me that it was terrible and I would regret it and they were all wrong as far as I am concerned. I get a check up twice a year and everything thus far is fine.
