      I speak Dutch and I can tell that in Encanto they don’t really translate the meaning of the lyrics, but they pay more attention to the mouth movements. They make a song that fits the mouth of the characters. Of course they don’t change the whole song, but I just noticed it

    The thing that I like in Italian and also Japanese songs in Disney movies is that despite the syllables of a line exceeding the original one, they still manage to sing them neatly.

      I never noticed this particular trait of Italian lyrics, until people started to point it out in these songs. Then, I started to notice that this is a common practice not only when lyrics are adapted from another language (Italian tends to be a veeery plurisyllabic language), but even in songs originally written in Italian...I guess it's just a common practice, and it took me forever to realise x)

    Io personalmente l'adoro, ma vorrei sapere anche come la pensi tu: cosa ne pensi della traduzione e del lip-sync?
    Forse l'unico "problema" è il fatto che sia pieno di "sai, dai, saprai, ormai" ma è inevitabile con la traduzione e il labiale

    • @FlamSparks
      @FlamSparks  Před rokem +7

      Il labiale è indubbiamente sempre stato il punto di forza degli adattamenti della Brancucci: a livello mondiale, non credo che al momento ci sia un altro adattatore che ci pone la stessa cura. Però, da quando la Disney ha iniziato ad avanzare pretese sulla "fedeltà" dei testi (richiesta chiaramente fatta da qualcuno che di lingue straniere non capisce nulla), trovo che gli adattamenti siano calati di qualità, perché alla Brancucci è stato tolto molto spazio di manovra e la cosa è assolutamente vergognosa, a mio avviso

    • @ertarocco767
      @ertarocco767 Před rokem +1

      @@FlamSparks immaginavo una risposta così sul labiale, perchè anche a me è sembrato piuttosto buono, ma io non ne capisco niente quindi volevo chiedere a qualcuno di più esperto.
      Effettivamente ho notato anche io negli ultimi anni che i testi siano sempre meno originali e molto più vicini a quelli in inglese (per esempio let it go era molto diversa), ma trovo che in questo film ci sia comunque un senso nelle canzoni, a differenza per esempio di Oceania o Frozen 2, dove alcuni passaggi erano completamente privi di senso logico

      C'est une question... compliquée. Activement, je parle l'italien (locutrice native), l'anglais, le suédois et le français, mais j'ai étudié un peu de coréen, de norrois et d'islandais aussi, bien que je ne peux pas dire de savoir _parler_ ces langues. Puis, il y a beaucoup de langues que je parle au niveau passif, c'est-à-dire : elles sont si proches à des langues que je connais que je les comprends bien, même sans les avoir jamais étudiées. Ces langues sont : l'espagnol (à travers l'italien), le norvégien et le danois (à travers le suédois).
