i got my period on the 26th of february 2024 and the time was 12:43. i got to the lunch hall and i suddenly REALLY needed the toilet so i went and i went in a stall AND THERE IT WAS🔥 i was like omg omg omg help me. went back to my friends started crying 😢 they told the support teacher (LOVE U MISS HILL!!!!!). and she took me to hannah the repseptionist (spelled wrong) and she called my mom and she was in sutton so my sister had to pick me up bc why not we went home and she was like so u do and that then yaaas. i was acc quite happy bc we were having a s-x education class that day in the afternoon and my friends told me that the video was very detailed in how s-x is so yasss. but i have been begging my mom to get August pads and she’s like NO i ain’t buying those i’ll buy u ones from sainsbury’s but not those u use ur own money for them ok? soooo i sadly went away knowing i have 0 pounds and no august pads and w a period. this took agessss and i just realised there’s like 3 full stops so love u so much byeee

after i got my first period i didnt get it for 2-3 months but guess what?, after that it went on everyday for 3 months!!!. and this morning i woke up at 6:00 am bc i started and leaked everywhere.

Hey, so in the video you mentioned that it’s normal for girls to get their periods at 11. I’m almost 13 and I’m not sure if that’s something I should be worried about because all the other women in my family started at 11 to 12. I also know that a year after you start getting discharge you should get your period, but I’ve had discharge for 2 years and still nothing. Do you have any advice or idea why?

Dw, I only got mine last year at 13 and my cousin got hers at 8 and her mum at 9, my mum got hers at 14 so it's totally normal xx

11? I started at 9 years old. I know a young lady who atarted at 8.
I started a week after a turned 11, but it all really depends. I can't imagine starting at nine, but I was also going through a lot at that age and probably would have stressed me out even more.
I started in 5th grade so I was around 9 too, but all the women in my family started early.
