Ha ji, evening me bhi kar sakte hai. Bs ye dhyan rahe ke atleast 4-5 hrs ka gap rahe meal or pranayam ke beech me. Koi liquid drink le to atleast 2 hr ka gap rakhe
आप यंग हो तो dynamic meditation को ज्यादा महत्व दिया करो . उसमें बहुत कुछ cover हो ज्यादा हे .
Shud we be a vegetarian to practise pranaym
It would be best if you are a vegetarian cz Pranayam is a satvic activity and it will show its effects at its best. Also non veg requires more time to be digested, hence even if you give a gap of 5 hrs between your nkn veg meal and pranayam, the body will not reap its complete benefits. However, even if you are non vegetarian you will get the benefits but at lesser level
