When I used to say I am always anxious.. And there is no diaphragm breathing... I am half breathing... People close to me laughed. Doctor even wanted to give me psychiatric medicine. My complication started. Bloating, indigestion, colon disorders, feeling extreme heat and perspiration... Today only I got this video that I was right

Your video is very informative. You are right when you say that the brain requires a lot of oxygen in order to keep our minds sharp. I have noticed that ever since I started working at high altitudes, around 18,000 feet, I tend to forget small things. This is due to a lack of oxygen.
