You know, life's just crazy like that sometimes. Some of us punish our bodies with lots of different things, and yet we still have "flawless skin texture"
Some of us, we practice skin care, but sometimes...
    Our skin doesn't care.

I got acne at 36 after having almost no skin issues, including during puberty (I'm still honing in on the reasons, I'm almost there). So yeah, young age is not essential, you can get it whenever, be it out of food mismanagement, environmental changes, disease, or whatever else.
People often are so nasty about others' troubles, like weight or skin issues if they never had those themselves. Just be compassionate, or at least don't attract attention to others' health problems.

Hot take, but... I don't think avoiding sun exposure and constantly using sun screen is good for us. Sunlight is mainly how we get vitamin D and sun screen can block rays that help us produce vitamin D. On top of that, so many sunscreens contain chemicals, fragrances, and even carcinogens that are very bad for us. Of course, sun burns are bad for our skin (I wear sunscreen in the summer and only when i know im going to be out in the sun for a while) but people have been working in the sun since the begining of time, our skin was made to handle it at least to an extent. People would be healthier and less depressed if they got more sun exposure, thats my theory.

It's not a hot take. When it's a wrong take.
      .
      .
      .
You still get vitamin D. Sunscreen dont pritect 100%. Also darker skinned has less vitamin d intake from sun exposure but they also should use sunscreen.
As long as you eat your needed foods or take supplements instead, you will get enough vitamin D. Fish, eggs, milk, butter. If you cant eat those foods you can get supplements very easily at any pharmacy or even groceri store. And its not pricy.

    • @angelapetrucci5507
      @angelapetrucci5507 Před 2 měsíci +1

@@lenerush1520 why is this a "wrong" take? Everything should be in moderation, so tired of everyone taking everything to an extreme. I am not saying that we should be out sunbathing constantly. I live in Seattle where we are all vitamin D deficient because it's constantly overcast. I eat healthy and treat my skin with natural oils and only wear sunscreen when i know I'm going to be out in full sun for an extended period of time. Protect your skin from burning, sure. But I see absolutely no reason for slathering on sunscreen in any other scenario when there have been so many studies done that have shown that many sunscreens contain KNOWN cancer causing chemicals. I have not seen any data that being outside and getting sun exposure IN MODERATION (not direct sun and getting roasted) does more harm than good. It baffles my mind that we know that artificial fragrances (which are in almost every household, hygiene, skin care, hair care, and cosmetic product), processed and added sugars in all our foods cause a plethora of health problems (including but not limited to cancer and skin issues), but it's more promoted that we use sunscreen everyday than make sure we have a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

In terms of food my skin became healthy when I stopped eating gluten. I apparently had a gluten sensitivity that caused me to get eczema and allergies but this all went away when I removed gluten from my diet. Since then I don't have skin issues anymore. Especially Dairy caused me to have skin issues. Like at the beginning of the video, it is explained that they still trying to figure out why. Well I tell you that all of the doctors are still ignorant when I tell them that it was gluten that caused my issues. With minds like that, I am not surprised that they still trying to figure out why dairy and other foods might cause skin issues in some people.

During that time, I noticed that the hair on my body was noticeably reduced both in quantity and thickness. It remained like this for many years, and only recently has some of it returned. Surprisingly, where it has returned, it is more like my original hair colour than the grey that has developed with age.

The only moment when you don't need to wear sunscreen is at night, basically.
During the day we're hit with sun light, being cloudy or not, with sunlight comes a spectrum of light waves, 2 of those are UVB and UVA. These 2 are the ones that cause skin damage.
Even when the UV light (including in this index the wavelengths UVA and UVB) is low, you want to protect your skin from them because the sun damage is accumulative and these wavelengths of the UV light are like radiation. UV light is invisible, the light we see from the sun isn't the one that damages, reason why if it's cloudy or not doesn't matter.

Sugar definitely does cause acne, and milk often does. Anyone who says otherwise is a dogmatist or ill informed.
The physiological events that happened when refined sugar is consumed will have a deleterious impact on the skin.
Cocoa is somewhat bitter and most people don't really like the taste of cocoa, they like the taste of sugar.
Doctors do have the normal highest IQ of anyone with a business card.... But most doctors are conformist, and few doctors want to come up against the organized resistance like the sugar lobby.

So like what, those 20 y.o. "influencers" massaging their faces with stones and doing some ridiculous grins all lie? They don't look young thank to what they do? I am shocked to the core! 😂

I like your channel but I think you should stick to plastic surgery. That's your specialty and your videos are so good. I don't think you need to dive into dermatology.

Sugar is bad for acne!!! Please dear doctors, consult an endocrinologist, they will be able to explain that blood glucose control diet lowers testosterone which makes acne disappear. Those who have acne in teenage years are very likely to become diabetic later in life. If you dont mind I dont watch this video even though I loved the previous ones! :-)
