*The reporter needs to question the DA on why this guy isn’t being charged with fraud, perjury, etc.* Something tells me he’s laughing it up and he’s probably enjoying the Note-oriety he has received for fooling the court system and getting his face all over social media. So he hasn’t faced any consequences.

I had the threaten to take him to court to get my security deposit back and he tried to get me to leave 20 days before my lease was up by claiming the dates on my copy were a mistake the second landlord let me be without hot water for a week and couldn't get the oil filled because he was outta town and the boiler was locked so I couldn't even dump a few gallons in the tank to start the water heater back up by the time the state was ready to move on anything it was to late. Please keep everyone in the court system and that guy away from any other state.
To let him continue to wreak havoc in your state until you properly address this blatant criminal activity.
How he can just get away with all these loop holes and continue to torture citizen's is unbelievable. If he continues to just get slaps on the wrist do you really think he'll change his behavior or just outright do something else to take it out on someone?

Squatters should not have any rights when it comes to legal issues with properties. All such cases should be immediately thrown out, but I would give these squatters a home. aka prison. There they can work off the damages done to people's homes.

Wait, how is he not prosecuted for falsifying court paperwork and officially filling it. Why is he out on parole with his only punishment being that he has to ask the court to file a lawsuit? Makes no sense. Most people would be immediately prosecuted for intentionally lying on court paperwork and falsifying the record that that paperwork was served.

That poor squatter is so worried about where he will be sleeping and where his next meal will come from. And his feelings were hurt after he was evicted by that evil family who lost a sister so he feels that he is owed $400,000 in damages and won the judgement after that mean family failed to appear.
Oh wait, what really happened is he stole their family members car after she died, moved into her home, destroyed the home, sued the family from the jail and won the judgement by default because the family was never served any papers since the person “serving” those papers were slip in jail so no real and actual papers were served to the family. And he demands over $400,000 in damages? How about this. Let’s give him the roof over his head and 3 meals per day courtesy of the Colorado Prison System! See, all worries can now vanish.
