Well, he might still go crazy because at the time Chapter 2 Arthur was still Dutch’s most loyal and favored son, so Micah killing him would’ve put Dutch on the warpath and not even Hosea would’ve been able to calm him down.

Honestly I think he'd stay the same course up until Guarma and Chapter 6 Things went pretty well for Micah all things considered, things only started going wrong when Arthur started leading a mini gang from within Charles, Arthur, John, and Sadie would need to go, and Dutch he could easily lull into a Pinkerton ambush
All things considered, Micah is all about survivalism and doing what it takes to keep himself going. He would see that the gang would go to shit down the line, and he’d in all honesty probably just leave. He was only a rat because it protected him, not because he wanted to off everyone in the camp.

The more I think of arthurs character the more i wish he was a sheriff actually hunting down the gang ultimately to fail while also converting john to hunt down the rest
Dutch never cared about his gang members individually. Their gunslinging abilities got them their seat at the table. He valued them on this ability. Arthur first. Then Micah once Arthur got sick. Then Bill. He's seen to be a pretty good shot also. Then John. Not as good a shot as the rest, until much later. But obviously the potential was always there. I don't think Xavier and Charles are as good a shot as the others. Not with guns anyway. I'm guessing Hosea was pretty quick on the draw once upon a time. I mean somebody had to have taught Arthur to have Landon Rickets level ability and it probably wasn't Dutch.

Dutch and Hosea raised Arthur from a teen. I feel like if Dutch taught him that level of skill, it would be on display with Dutch himself. It's not. Likely Bill and Micah got recruited by Dutch because of their skilled gunmanship. Lenny seems to be a bit of a crack shot too. Likely had to be to have survived on the run alone for the last few years of his life. And Charles and Xavier are stealthy killers. Proficient in other styles of fighting. Somebody else likely taught Arthur. If not Hosea, then probably his biological father. Arthur hated him, but still wears his hat. Probably for this reason.

John doesn't know how to swim. So clearly Dutch didn't teach Arthur and John everything he knows. And likewise everything they know isn't because of Dutch. Jack Marston knows how to shoot as good as John. So presumably John teaches him some stuff. Jack's roughly the same age as Arthur was, when he lost his father. Actually his accuracy is rather average, sometimes poor. He's just the fastest when it comes to hitting the triggers. A few videos compare draw speeds, fire rate, accuracy of the gangs main gunmen. Check them out! Dutch is the most accurate by far tests showed, which lines up with the story, he's had several moments showing how eagle eyed he is, but is a slow drawer. As mentioned Micah is fastest RoF with his revolvers of the gang, while John and Arthur are quickest to draw no surprise there.

Morbid fact, this is how 90% of gunfights were “won” in the old west. No fancy duels in the main road of town or some badass shootout with the sheriff. Just some asshole starts talking crap and the second he turns his back, someone pops him with the .45 Not a fun way to go, but a quick one for sure.

Id like to think that after Arthur dies, even though you're yknow.. dead, and you can't see it, that the whole gang ends up either killing Micha there, or deserting him, changing the course of the game for the better. Since that camp is so early in the game I imagine that some characters will live/die because Arthur isnt there.
