Yeah I ran ice spikes last season but I wasn’t all in on it. I’m not sure I’ll have time to try it again before the new class drops but I would like to it was fun and I was only like half powered with it probably not even that. It was like my second or even third source of damage so if I’d have went all in on it I could have made it way better. If I remember right I had the ice armor spikes, the blizzard spikes, and the deep freeze spikes but wasn’t actually using the blue rose.

I think the blue rose is the strongest piece of the puzzle.
Not only does it give double spikes, but also allows all skills that proc lucky hit to potentially proc them as well.
Which just means more spikes in general.
Theoretically even just spamming blizzard with say like frozen orb enchantment you could have
2 from Blizzard aspect, 2 from Blizzard lucky hit, 2 from Frozen orb Lucky Hit, and even potentially 2 from a fire dot lucky hit proc.
For a grand total of 8 ice spikes from one cast =}

My Andarial Rogue build is HEAVILY reliant of Lucky hit chamce (currently at 164% Lhc) . Id be interested is doing a build that pairs this with winterglass. Would want a high roll on fist of fate lhc and land at least a double on masterwork.

I a GA chance for exploding ice spikes twice still says *35% on ring no number increase bugged??

I can't find this ring anywhere. No luck with either Andariel or Duriel in either tormented or non tormented versions. Does it need to be on tormented for Blue Rose to drop?

It drops from duriel and andariel, you need to be a sorcerer, or sorceress. At which point he will drop you 10,000,000 of them and you will be begging him to stop.
I personally have probably gotten about 100,000 of them myself from andariel and duriel thus far.

The suggestion of using all 3 aspects that spawns ice spikes is ludicrous as just casting another blizzard would be better. The extra aspect could boost all of the first aspects with 25-35% damage as the average aspect gives.
Blue rose absolutely have not been getting more interesting. This season its unusually bad. With tal rasha (80% dmg) or starless (infinite resources and 50% all dmg) it just doesnt make the top list. You can only have 2 rings and the slots are already full with aspects or tal rasha/starless.
Maybe a couple of tests shown, builds linked or analysis of power levels?

Yeah Tal rasha is too strong to make other rings interesting... (even if on average it is 60%, not 80). Starless is a mythic and is less powerful (the resource part can be solved in other ways) :D
