I got this at lvl 30+. Then got the aspect where meteors fall if you activate flame shield. That made me lean into a fire/firewall/meteor build. It was fun while it lasted. Got another with 925 power. If D4 actually had a 'save build' feature like in D3 ...

I partly mitigated the mana issue with mana return on lucky hit and partly with crackling energy. The put on an Esadora to also get the explosion from picking up crackling energy. Worked fine up to T4 infernal horde. Did not min-max further as switched to lightning spear for boss damage. Do like how chain lightning look far more though (I have a thing for filling the screen purely with lightning).

Sorc has a glyph that gives more damage the less mana you have I believe.

The problem, I think, is that the duplicates are coming out based on the core skill you're using. The reason it doesn't split in the fire wall is because the game thinks it's charged bolts instead. There may be some shenanigans afoot, and that is also the reason the fire bolts are moving so slowly, because once again, it thinks its a charged bolt, and it's going very slow because of that. That is also why your additional casts of your multi skill will additional cast the fire bolts- because the fire bolts ARE your core skill. It's hard to work around how jank that is because it 100% does not work the way it should. You should try it with other core augmenting abilities, like Axial Conduit or Winterglass and see what the basic abilities do.

For your consideration the Mythic Sorc staff can proc a greed shrine would that work? Maybe have one person on the horse near the event and the other ones try to kill elites in nearby cellers to proc greed since most cellers have fights with an elite and you can reset them Then group up once you have it.

maybe the ring modifies the behavior of lucky hit. something like a huge increase in lucky hit chance + procing off abnormal sources (dot damage) at the cost of constantly wrecking your resource.

A better aura than Fanat if you're IAS capped? Might is worse damage. Concentration is worse damage. Neither of the above offer any bonus to AR. Conviction is great for AR (in it's roundabout way) but the reduction in enemy resists is probably wasted on this character. Sanctuary and Blessed Aim are both pretty garbage as anything other than gimmicks. Thorns is... okay? I guess? If you pump it *really* high and don't fight a lot of casters? The entire Defensive Tree is one-point-wonders, passive benefits, or bust. You could go an entirely different direction, I suppose, and pick up something like a Shock aura, but (generally speaking) we're talking about a Zealot or Smiter here (who else wants Fanat?) so if the goal is "something like Fanat but better" ... well, there really isn't anything. Fanat is the best for AR and the best for increased Damage. *shrug*

This works well for the rogue barrage build which uses the Skyhunter bow to fully replenish the resource cost.

Got a 2 GA fists of fate. Lucky hit chance and the lucky hit apply random crowd control.

To do mosaic assasin ubers you just need call to arms and you can't die. uber tristram, i've always just walked around to do uber meph first, and build charges on minions. and, it's easy. Pace of play for assassin is not great. you have to be fast and i often find myself just skippnig things that drop like gems.

Is Iron Maiden still a thing? Hell Iron Maiden cursed zealers in Hell would often get zeroed? Did they fix this? Hardcore mode?

Has there been any thoughts on it interacting with perhaps the uber items like Doombringer or Andy's, perhaps both.

Mosaic assassin is now #1 hands down. Easy leveling with trapsin until you get mosaic. Sorc is just mandatory for keys.

Have not played the game in over 6 months, these percentages look inflated as heck from the good item values last I played. Did gear just get better or are these like super epic drops?

Even if you had a whole bunch of resources or didn't care about resources wouldn't a ring that gives you plus skills still be a bigger benefit?

I am really at a point were i feel like especially harlequin and Tyraels take a lot of fun out the game. I always come to the point where my builds are just a random character with those 2 items. I dont like that at all, i started to ignore any helmet or chest drops because of that and i hate it.

to clarify: This only works if you put a set seed in the gamesettings to force the game to not being randomized. And then do testings about it not being randomized?
